I've had such a comfortable and splendid stay here. The apartment rooms are generous in size and in facilities that I'd be happy to spend a long time here. Everything works easily, and they offer plenty of amenities for the kitchen, including a laundry setup as well. The hotel is also in a great location as you can see the beach from the window, and it's not far from an eatery district either which makes for a great place to walk around and go out for dinner. The hotel has lots of parking available as well as other facilities such as a long infinity pool, sauna, steam room, and gymnasium that add a little bit of extra luxury to the trip. Splendid place to stay.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite for 7 nights a family of 6. Checkin was smooth and easy. Room was beautiful and immaculately clean which is a 10/10 for me. The room appliances were a high standard. The hotel facilities were fantastic. The kids enjoyed the pool area. Location is perfect and walking distance to everything we needed.
One thing that was a bit of a shame is having time to wash and dry pool towels. When we were heading out to the beach for the day our towels were still drying so we asked reception for more towels and they wanted to charge $10 per towel. I haven’t come across a hotel or resort who don’t have an unlimited towel supply. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We will be back. Thanks ULTIQA

A great stay at Ultiqa Signature, Broadbeach. Our family of four were comfortable in a 2 bedroom premium ocean view apartment.
Positives were great location, pool, parking, stunning views, plenty of space for four of us. The service from staff was excellent.
We were a little disheartened when put on level eight as the premium ocean view rooms were listed on the website as being on the upper levels. We had hoped to be further up in the building and chose this type of room specifically for this reason.
Overall, we would stay again if we could be higher up in a premium ocean view. Had a great stay, regardless.

This is a beautiful new apartment hotel, located very close to the hustle of Broadbeach main strip, but far enough away to be beautifully quiet. The beds are very comfortable, and staff helpful and lovely. We stayed in both a 1BR and a 2BR apartment over 2 weeks. A welcoming beer was an unexpected lovely touch. We preferred the North facing coastal room as the views over Broadbeach, the coastline and the hinterland was magnificent.
They are small units compared to many other apartments on the coast, but still comfortable and well appointed. The lounge area is what I would consider somewhat smaller than other apartments. Bedrooms and bathrooms are great.
The only issue we experienced was that the lifts were small and hot and in very high demand. Often one would go out of order, or they would skip past where we were waiting, and then the next to arrive would be very full. I think this is a programming issue.
The shared recreation area is exceptional. The pool is lovely and long and even if it is filled with children, there is lots of space to relax and enjoy.

The newly built apartments at Signature by Ultiqa are stunning. The rooms are modern, spacious, and filled with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase breathtaking ocean views. Waking up to the sight of the sparkling water is unforgettable. High-quality finishes, like sleek hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances, add luxury, while the open-concept layout is perfect for living and entertaining. The bathrooms feel like a spa with rainfall showers and elegant tiles. Excellent soundproofing ensures peace, and the building offers great amenities, including a gym, pool, sauna, steam rooms and spacious BBQ area. A perfect blend of style, comfort, and oceanfront living! Highly recommended!

3 bedroom suite for a family of 6 was spacious and very clean. Appliances are a high standard. The suite was beautiful it had a stunning view and had all we needed.|Beds and pillows were ok on comfort level. Reception is only open 9-5pm so if you need replenishments you have to ask within that time. |We enjoyed our stay at ULTIQA Signature.|Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We stayed in a SkyHome 2-bedroom apartment for a week in January 2025, and it was hands down the best hotel stay we've ever had! The apartment was so incredible that I honestly thought we’d won the lottery and been upgraded. It was absolutely huge—an incredibly spacious open-plan dining, kitchen, and lounge area, plus its own laundry room, a study, and two balconies!||The master bedroom had an ensuite and a massive wardrobe, while the twin room had its own bathroom directly opposite, also with plenty of storage. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to cook our own meals instead of always eating out at the nearby 'eat street'. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the Pacific Mall and to Broadbeach/Kurrawara Beach.||The facilities were equally impressive: two air conditioning units kept everything comfortable, the pool had both shaded and sunny areas, and the free-to-use BBQs were a great touch. The gym was well-equipped and air-conditioned, making workouts enjoyable. Even the teenagers commented that they’d happily live there full-time! To top it off, we got a great price for our stay.|PS: The only difference between a 2-bed sky home apartment and a 2-bed apartment (apart from the price is that the skyhome comes with an extra room - set up as a study, but can be used for sleeping - had I known that I woudl have just booked the normal 2-bed and saved).||If you’re looking for a luxurious, spacious, and well-located stay, this place is unbeatable. I’d give it six stars if I could!

Apartment was clean and spacious
The pool area was also clean and spacious with great amenities.
Just the elevators was a problem
We used the stairs a lot to go down but unfortunately if we wanted to use going up we could not get out of the stair well to our level …. It would’ve been great if our key was a universal one to do so

We will stay again despite this as it also is a great location for shops, beach, transport and main part of Broadbeach
