APULIA woodfire pizza is an absolute gem! The aroma of wood-fired pizza filled the air, and the taste was simply divine. I tried the brie cheese pull-apart bomb, and it was pure indulgence. The cheese was creamy and rich, the crust was perfectly crispy, and the flavors were out of this world.

Apulia brings us the best wood fire pizza in town. Bubbles in crispy crust, multi options of Italian meats, fresh toppings and the balance of savoury, sweet and spicy. Every slice is a delight. 5/5 hands down the best pizza I have had in Mackay!!! These guys came to my work when they were first starting and they were amazing!! I then visisted again and got the meat lovers pizza and the bruschetta. OMFGGGG the bruschetta was the best thing I have put in my mouth!!!
Nearly forgot to get a picture of the bruschetta it was that good.

While looking into wedding catering options I was looking for something different than the norm & came across APULIA woodfired kitchen. What could be better for a casual family wedding than a food everyone loves like pizza? From their social media images alone we knew it was going to be next level gourmet pizza but what Maria & Jarrad delivered was beyond our expectations. Working with them leading up to the event was a dream, easy to communicate with and accommodated our extra little requests.

A New Years Eve delight! The best wood fired pizza I have had in a long time, this place is now my go to for Mackay. Lovely friendly staff, fresh ingredients and an excellent base sauce. The pizza bases had a wonderful soft crunch too! Highly reccommend
