After reading the negative reviews I was sceptical when the decision was made to dine there.We visited last night, 7 adults 3 children and we were more than happy with the level of service, menu prices, meal sizes were exceptional and in general we thoroughly enjoyed the night. To be honest the children's meals would satisfy an adult.
Keep up the good work. We will come back.

Came here for a nice valentines dinner only to have someone with the most irritating voice screaming over a microphone the whole evening to the point you can’t even hear the person sitting next to you talk. Ate our meals and got out of there as quick as possible. Only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because the food was decent.

Went here for my daughters graduation last year. By the time my table got fed there was little to no food. Pumpkin looked off and ended up vomiting the next day with what little food i did eat. Paid good money to get food, was looking forward to pasta, fish (an enjoyable meal) not scraps not even Cinderella would eat. 1 star is being generous.

Really enjoyed the beef ribs here, super tender & delicious, cooked to perfection. Pleased they were able to accomodate my healthy request of switching chips to salads. Staff were all lovely & friendly here during my visit. After your delicious meals, head down to the gaming machines for some fun & entertainment before calling it a night. Will be back for more 🙂

Vibes were amazing with live music and lovely people
However.. Food was weirdly fast and tasted horrible!! My partner and i went for a good feed and ended up leaving half way through dinner as we felt extremely sick and dirty while eating our meal.
I would not recommend this place to anyone i hope it was a one off thing all i ask as a hospitality experienced worker is the change ur oil and clean ur hot plate 👍

This is a hard rating. Because the people were 5, even 10 stars the whole way. But when we ordered Canadian Club with Ginger beer it was awful. Couldn't taste ginger or alcohol. Others were asked to taste and help us with this judgement. Even the vodka and orange juice tasted no alcohol. Are they watering down the alcohol... From then we bought sealed containers of alcohol and very reasonable prices.
The bowling was great and our host deserves a shout out. Even the last kids enjoyed it.
The food was okay... BBQ function menu. So no warming equipment were used. So even 10 min after food was made available it was cold. No salt or pepper was available, I had to go through the restaurant to find some flavours which almost every person at the tables used. Patties were rare and not eaten by most.
What happens to left over food. If the host paid for it, why don't they get offered to take the food home.
So high 5 to staff, query to the other things...

Went to Goosies today, usually service is OK, yet today it was terrible. Took half an hour to get our food (only three people including me) and then they forgot a coffee.

When we FINALLY received our food (3 pumpkin & feta lasagnas) they were all ice cold, and flavourless. Staff got our orders wrong initially, giving us 1 lasagna and 2 quiches. Became irritated with us when we requested our food be made properly.

Coffee had zero sugar (I asked for 3 sugars in the coffee) and was lukewarm. One staff members seems to never do anything (the.. large, one with light pink/peach glasses.) aside from chatter away despite no other staff wanting to talk. Or waddle around pretending to be working. Even when restaurant is PACKED, i've yet to see her help her coworkers out.

Staff appear not to wear gloves, or wash their hands AT ALL before or after handling food. There's no consideration for allergies, as nothing is wiped down or sanitized before/after food is prepared.

A few staff seem to prioritize chatting away with their coworkers or the guests rather than helping customers with their order or assisting coworkers.

My wife and I went here for tea last night, the whole experience was fantastic, really great meals and dessert, the staff were friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to experience this level of professionalism, thank you.
