We had a great lunch. Food was delicious and well priced. Meals come out quickly, tables were constantly being cleaned up, staff were friendly, meals delivered to our table. You can order at the counter or use the QR code on the table which automatically applies the members discount. It’s nice to go somewhere and receive great service. We will definitely be back due to the service we received. Thankyou!

Had the special (Pork cutlet) and was extremely disappointed. Pork was not a cutlet but a normal Pork chop, which was very thin and extremely overcooked. Partnered with 3 potatoes and almost half a plate full of broccoli and cauliflower. Way too much, outnumbered the chop 10 to 1!!! No flavour and the sauce? What sauce, a drizzle of Jus...Had this exact same dish last Friday and the difference is night and day. Last week's was fantastic, the cutlet had a huge bone and was thick and cooked perfectly. The right amount of vegetables to meat. Plenty of Jus..This week's was a disaster. Did not finish the meal by a long shot and told the server how bad it was. He did apologise and said he would let the chef know, which I hope he did. My partners meal was also disappointing, obviously these meals were rushed out as it took no time to get them to us, but clearly they were not made well. The money spent was not worth our time. Ending up having a Caesar salad from the Cafe. Which was delicious.

Exceptional Customer Service!
From the moment I walked in I was greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly attitude, immediately making me feel welcome. Kate was professional, and efficient at handling reservations and questions. Our dinner tonight was a smooth and enjoyable dining experience - wish we had clubs like this in WA

Big club with good atmosphere. Not as loud as some places. I went with a party of 6, including 2 kids. The food was nice. None at the table had any complaints. Kids loved the supervised kids area where you can leave your kids for an hour. Cakes look amazing, but I didn't try them. Heaps of parking.

A great venue- we come here often. Tonight, we hosted friends from Proserpine who had been travelling. All just needed something simple & light. We all had good meals thankyou.

They asked for my id, then she scanned it without asking , when asked why I was told it was to ensure I didn't cause trouble, when I asked how long they will keep it for , she said I don't know. I didn't see nor was I directed to a privacy statement. The menu was very comprehensive. I had the duck spring rolls and lettuce. They were delicious but for over $20 I think it was a bit expensive. The main was a crumb steak chips and veg. It was nice, tasty and good size for $20 . I felt very sorry for the lovely wait staff as they were not trained , this is not their issue just like the front counter staff , it's that they have very very poor management that is more dollar focused than staff and customer focused. Other people in the group had desert and they all said that they were delicious. They did have a long wait , but it was busy so expected. There is a kids club but when you make a bistro booking you are not told that there is a waiting time or time limit on use in busy times, if that was done, expectations would have been managed. Would I recommend or return out of choice, the answer is definitely NO!!!!. There are far nicer places in Mackay to visit who provide excellent food and care about their staff and customers.
