We had Copa stack and avo smash but half the ingredients were missing and we didn't receive cutleries. The bread was also soggy and our table wasn't cleaned

I still like their food - worthy for money. However, it was not great to see how much surcharge was added. We all know that most small businesses are charing a small percentage of surcharge for credit card use, but they may charge you 10% of surcharge - there was nothing written to warn customers that they would charge nearly double sucharge than most of small businesses. I don't mind paying that much, but felt like I was deceived.
One more thing, if there is a mature woman sitting without any food, I would suggest walking out. It seems like she is a business owner with the intention of taking others' happiness away with all kinds of unfriendly comments. On our visit, whatever we asked to staff, she rudely answered from behind us. she was extremely rude to even to own staff, which made us so uncomfortable - she perfectly spoiled our last moment of our journey to this little town.
I still will return to this restaurant but definitely will be more cautious

It was absolutely farcical that it was funny! Do not know what a BLT is despite being on the menu! Ordered 2 snitty burgers & got 4. Came out twice with a lamington despite not ordering it. Chocolate milkshake was milk with no chocolate & when asked to add chocolate they were offended! Ordered coffee & other mains that never arrived, apparently lost the docket! Asked 3 times. Was told it would be a wait when we arrived & no one else at the cafe; that should have been the warning sign! Started to feel sorry for them as there’s no direction, processes or management; no one knows what they’re doing!

food was good, but the girl who brought our food to the table was extremely rude and unprofessional and quite literally threw the food onto the table. appalling customer service from that one girl, also overheard her speaking rudely to other customers. ordered a caramel milkshake and it was basically just milk, didn’t want to say something about it because she had just previously blown up at another customer for wanting a refund after waiting 30 mins for a coffee.

Absolutely love this little cafe. Definitely the best in the area! The service is top notch, coffee is delicious and the wraps are super tasty. Love it!
