Staff member didn’t want to be there was quite abrupt, the painting of my toes looks like a child did it, no care taken. Didn’t ask if I was happy and gave me no chance to voice my concerns. This nail technician colours outside the lines!

They were polite and efficient. Went in for a pedicure (no booking) and they fit me in right away. Ended up having a manicure at the same time. Clean and tidy. Price was very reasonable with $95 for both mani/pedi gel and builder gel. The manicure paint was not as clean as the pedi with some of the nail bed not covered (close to the cuticle). Otherwise very happy with the service

A few weeks ago I walked in for a pedicure, asked if they had availability, yes and asked to take a seat. I waited over 30 minutes without a nail technician to start so I politely said I can't wait I'll pop in another day. Today same thing, told to take a seat waited and waited. Today I just walked out. Plenty of other nail technicians in the centre, I'll try them. Hot tip, ask people to come back or reschedule.

Best place to get your nails done for a reasonable price in Mackay, they always have trending styles and colours and the staff are so friendly and great to have a chat with! Mae picked me out a gorgeous Pearl look today and I am obsessed with it!

Within 2 days of having a pedicure here my nail polish was chipping off. I’ve previously had a pedicure here & my nail polish lasted for over 2 months without any chips at all. I told them, showing them proof of my pedicure date & a photo with date stamp on it as proof, & they tried to tell me maybe I put my shoes on too early. But that was not the case, as I waited & they told me I could leave. They just don’t care & wont offer to fix it. So I won’t be back to this establishment.
