The service was very friendly, even when it was quite busy. We were warned that the wait could be long before we ordered, and I appreciate that.
Although there was nothing wrong with what we ordered, it tasted good, the presentation of toast with poached egg and avocado was quite sad.
It is the friendly staff and coffee that saved the day and why I would return.

Don't think this is really a individual location issue... Coffee Club doesn't seem to be able to raise the bar. Still overpriced for what you get (in this case a very thin slice of bread with a even thinner layer of Avocado with a couple of tomato and feta crumbles). The coffee was a little better than I had in the past. Just wish coffee club would finally realise that they have to step up!
The team was really trying through and was happy with the service.

Staff are absolutely lovely I’m not a local just visited and they took really great care of me and my dietary requirements. Coffee tastes great perfectly steamed milk thickened and creamy. Nice hot temperatures but I didn’t burn my mouth 👌 food was so good I had the breakfast burger at 10:40 on Saturday mornings food was fast and amazing. 🤩 thank you to the whole team I had an amazing breakfast

Service was shockingly slow and I could barely hear the cashier. I've watched four staff members walk past dirty tables empty handed. A staff member sat a family of four down at a dirty table and said she'll get someone to clean the table, again walking away empty handed. I had cleaned four tables down to help the young girl left on the floor by herself. No customers were given cutlery. I was at the same table with one friend when she got her meal and 4 others at another table after us had gotten their meals while I sat waiting for mine. Went up to the kitchen to hear kitchen staff tell two other customers they didnt have our orders. We were offered to line up in the long line and wait for a refund or sit and wait for meals.
For boxing day, I expect it to be busy but being soo obviously under staffed with poor management. Being a chain, Do better. Would not recommend.

Very poor customer service, would not even give a 1star. Food arrived 1hr and 15min later. If you’re in a hurry never ever go there will waste your time. But the food was good at least.

Service was mediocre at best. Food took forever and when it was ready the staff walked past our food for 10mins before serving it to us. Food was cold upon arrival. Disappointed to say the least. Prices were also disgusting for what you get. Too pricey for the amount and quality of the food

Breakfast today- ordered skinny latte, arrived no spoon. Ordered English breakfast black tea, arrived cup sat on table not even on a saucer with tea pot. What kind of service does this. Our breakfast eventually arrived after 1.5hrs. I ordered wmeal toast with Vegemite. Toast was already buttered no Vegemite. I asked staff and she returned with Vegemite sachet, began to walk easy when I asked if I was to spread it with my finger or was their a knife available. The couple opposite us had the same issue.
