Cleanliness was very basic - a lot of dust build up on top of air con but towels and sheets seemed clean. Shower had no pressure.

Staff were nice on arrival other then that we didn’t have much interaction.

Location is easy to find and access. Being near a hospital you can hear the sirens a lot which isn’t ideal.

But definitely did the job for one nights stay.

This place isn’t a 5 star luxury resort but is fit for the purpose of passing through . We picked it because it is right on the A1 and relatively cheap. It’s decently clean and the noise from the street didn’t really bother us, although there were a few sirens throughout the night. As detailed in previous reviews, the shower curtain does reach out and grab you which is a bit unpleasant but not a total dealbreaker. Glad we had our shower shoes with us because the shower floor was less than idyllic. The door lock isn’t fantastic and there is only a curtain for privacy which isn’t ideal but did the job. We do think it is slightly overpriced as we’ve experienced better for similar prices. The staff were lovely and very helpful however we probably won’t be returning.

Very noisy intersection🤯. Close to main hospital access, so sirens quite often🚑. Staff very friendly. Rooms okay. Freezer compartment in fridge iced up😟.

Even though this motel is a bit dated it was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The room was a decent size for 3 adults. Our car was parked outside our door. Easy drive back into town. Staff were very friendly. We would stay here again. A bargain for the price.

Very comfortable, good value room. Nice size tv, fan in room and a short walk/drive into town. My only complaint is it’s located next to a very busy intersection, nothing that can be helped but should be noted if you’re a light sleeper

Honestly you won't get another better for value motel in Mackay and believe me ive been in this region for a bit.

Great staffs that go above and beyond for you. Clean facilities and cold air-conditioning.

We stayed in a family room and were pleasantly surprised. The room had a well equipped kitchen, separate eating area and the beds were comfy. Although it's not a flash, modern motel it was very clean and had nice decor- we would definitely stay again. We also ordered the room service breakfast which was really well priced and the food was good. Overall very good value. We have paid a lot more elsewhere and not been as satisfied.
