Enjoyed our short stay, bed & pillows were super comfy. Beautiful unit right on the beach, amazing views and surroundings. The best mini vacation ever! Perfect place for families and couples as well. Definitely coming back and will highly recommend!

Great stay nice and clean however apartment needs some TLC absolute fantastic location

Spent 3 nights in apartment 8 on 3rd floor. We were booked on ground floor originally & apparently upgraded? |Apartment has large living area, all tiled with kitchen & bathroom renovation. Location & view are excellent. Unfortunately we did not make use of the deck as weather was much too hot. Air conditioning worked well.|Please be aware there is NO POOL. Unit 5 has sole access to pool on site & u have to collect key from another location.|First thing we noticed was the wifi was incredibly slow, we gave up on it. One small square of soap for 2 people. Half a roll of toilet paper for 2 people. Half eaten biscuit found inside saucepan in cupboard. 4 pillows in main bedroom but only 1 had a pillow case. Curtain covering sliding door out to the deck had half the hooks missing & was just left dangling to the floor. |The most annoying problem was the fact that there was NO REMOTE CONTROL for the television, therefore no Foxtel. We had to use the small buttons on the back of the tv to turn on & change channels manually.|All these issues were discussed personally with the property manager on the second morning of our stay. She promised our concerns would be rectified within 3 hours and she would supply a universal remote and refund $100 to my credit card. I was given an apology and told that her usual cleaner was away. When we arrived home later in the day the place was as we left it. 2 phone calls were made and messages left. Finally the emergency number was called around 4pm and we were told that the managers son was at the hospital & that a housekeeper/storage cupboard on the ground floor was unlocked and we could take linen & bathroom supplies. |We never heard from the office the following day and no remote was ever supplied.|||

We absolutely loved this place and planning when we can go back already. The location is amazing - the gentleman we spoke with on arrival was fantastic . You literally are right on the beach !! Perfection . |(Keeping in mind there is no pool and a few flights of stairs - to get to your room... but that didn’t worry us.) The kitchen / apartment is the most equipped place we have ever stayed!! It has everything . Even beach stuff for the kids! |Make sure if you have kids you throw in their scooters, it’s soo easy to get around! The golf course is literally across the road ! |You will not be disappointed!!

We had a two bedroom apartment, ground floor and it was fabulous. We arrived late afternoon after a long drive and the staff were helpful getting us the key. Spacious and well appointed it was a pleasure to stay here. Absolute beach front nice surroundings, peaceful and quiet. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants quality at a reasonable price. Loved it!

Terrible customer service. Old and run down rooms that were not cleaned properly. Dust, dirt and even a yucky grape was found on the floor upon arrival. Very unhygienic. Furniture is gross and couch was falling apart. Terrible response from the owner when we mentioned we were not happy. This was very disappointing for our family holiday. Very unsatisfied and we decided to stay somewhere else due to the poor quality of the room and the terrible customer service. Very frustrating with a 3 month old baby!! Would not recommend this place to anyone. Not worth the $175 per night...

||The one good thing about Unit 1 is its proximity to lovely Kelly's beach, however that doesn't make up for all the other issues with this place and its management who must be inexperienced in customer service as it was nonexistent.|We were greeted with a gob of food stuck to wall with a hair in it in lounge area (see photo). The same substance on kitchen cupboards. This place said it was 'COVID clean' but hadn't even been dusted. The very poor internet. The noise from the people in unit 5 above us dragging furniture around and bumping and talking loudly throughout our 2 night stay. The dusty cane bedside tables and lamps making us sneeze. Stained tired bathroom. Having to drag our luggage across flimsy plywood over a trench to get to the unit door...surely even the builders wouldn't give this an OH&S pass? Not being told it was under renovation and having to park the car out on street and bring luggage through the construction and fencing was a nice touch . We found the dishwasher was full of someone else's dishes. We messaged the "manager" through the booking website and got no response so called every number we could find for the place and left messages. Finally got a call back from someone saying they were the "manager"but were away (this was a Friday afternoon, EKKA long weekend) and their brother was in Unit 5 above us and they would come and sort the issues after they finished cooking!!!?#....particularly the lack of internet ( not even strong enough for tv to access their own Netflix) and wall filth. We waited around til 8.30pm and no one showed up. By this time the poor service was beyond forgivable. No internet, dirty noisy unit and then had the privilege of being bitten by the mozzies during the night so they've had the doors open at some point and not sprayed the rooms. Avoid this place!
