I go to the movies regularly & I find it very reasonable for prices & the staff are good. I often get the same young girl who is lovely but I've found all of them are fine. My only complaint used to be that the voucher system was awful but they have fixed that problem & they are good now. Its a good cinema.

I went to see the Zorse the Movie, was the best film I have ever watched. I felt just about every emotion under the sun, sadness, anger, despair, pure unfiltered joy. I want a second Zorse the Movie but I fear the worst... That it'll turn out for the worse.

Screen 7 Deluxe was great to watch Betterman. Comfy chairs. Clean and cool. Staff will deliver your beer during the movie.

This is for the management. There was a guy on by himself between 5.30pm and 6pm Saturday evening. He was really good at his job but had to juggle the counters which were busy, the clean up of the venue and I imagine other stuff too.
To only have one person on to do all of this is not on at all.
Possibly a one off but I hope you don't treat your staff like this often.
The photo attached isn't to badmouth the staff member who was on. He was super efficient at serving but had to also clean the cinema before 6pm start. These are people probably about to walk out because you didn't have more than one staff member on.

We watched a movie in cinema 5 and was pleasantly surprised by the new seats. They were very comfortable and plenty of leg room as well.
