We will never order from here again. We have tried food multiple times & each time the food is disgusting. We were hoping there would be an improvement, unfortunately NOT. Hash brown was small & thin. Double egg & double bacon burger had one measly piece of bacon. Eggs tasted funny. Burger was slapped together. Burgers were cold. No more chances for this place. Do yourself a favour & order your breakfast from somewhere else!!!

Stopped at this place a few times in the past and never had a bad experience. But today after purchasing the custard donuts things changed. They tasted absolutely not fresh and the custard had more a lemony than vanilla flavour. What ever baker made them should change his trade immediately. It’s disappointing. Will not be back.

Pleasant surprise! Definitely recommend to visit on your way in to town or out south.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and hardworking. I ordered a soy cap and for once, it wasn't piping hot unlike other places in Cairns. I also found the shot of caffeine to be quite potent and strong.

Overall a nice warm ambience to sit back, sip your coffee and people watch.

Extra notes: drive-thru service, combo deals, free wifi, full bakery offering.

Pies were disgusting. Plain meat pie was water. The inside was slop. It was worse than soup. These pies used to be good but $7 I can’t eat a pie that is so runny. Get your act together banjos or I won’t be back.

Bought a steak and pepper pie this morning. Was the best pie I have ever eaten, pastry was amazing, and the steak was amazing. Definitely going again! Worth mentioning it was a little pricey, but definitely worth it!

Wow, pies were pretty good I enjoyed them. Their green apple drink is so yummy and refreshing I dream about this drink, now let’s take a moment to talk about their donuts the biscoff donut is so delicious the cream to donut ratio is bang on it is amazing. Banjos I will be back ❤️❤️❤️

Early morning cravings brought us to this place today. We were very pleased with the result! We have a semi-big family so we purchased 2x Family Boxes which consists of 4x pies & 5x small savouries. 😍

The prices were very reasonable, the pies were fresh & delicious! Only one thing was to perhaps add vegie salt/seasonong to the cauliflower/cheese & tuna mornay pies 👍other than that, my & family & I were pleasantly satisfied!

We also had a caramel & snickers slice which was delightful! Thanks a bunch to the all the team at Banjos Bakery! 👍🙌😊

I was in the store on the 24th of October and was very happy with the service!
I will say though, it was upsetting to see how one of your young staff members was treated by an uber driver!
All she did was ask him if he had a delivery bag for the order to keep it hot and he argued with her about needing it. He was very aggressive and she looked close to tears!
She did a wonderful job handling it, and it was nice to see another staff member step in to help her!
He said he was going to leave a review, which I see he has done, and I hope no one takes notice of it and does visit this wonderful bakery
