Was greeted with a smile and beautiful hospitality, the room is lovely, it's warm immaculately clean, big bed with crisp linen, electric blanket and good heating. Was given some ideas for dinner, and went with the recommended Thai from Pha's Thai, it was amazing.
Thank you for sharing your great little establishment, if ever coming through town again I will be staying here.

Wonderful hosts. Arrived to a lovely warm & good sized room, linen was clean & crisp. Bathroom was clean and fresh. Thank you for a short, but pleasant stay.

We found this motel very pleasant. From the friendly welcome to the helpful advice regarding dining, the 3 days was a very good experience. The room was large with alternate seating inside and outside. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom though compact was clean and well stocked. A large tv, a fridge and usb points on both sides of the bed was great. The most difficult thing was parking. It’s a shocker. If the car park is full it’s very difficult to get out of some of the parking bays but we managed without hitting any cars or poles.|There is an indoor pool which we found on the last day. The instructions say you are responsible for removing the pool cover and replacing it when you finish. This was quite off putting so we didn’t bother. We would stay again as from what we could see it’s the best motel in town.

Parking was convenient and easily accessible, making it hassle-free for me to come and go as I pleased. The air conditioning system in the room was excellent, ensuring a cool and comfortable environment throughout my stay.

The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and I was pleased to find the room in pristine condition. The dedication to maintaining a high level of cleanliness truly enhanced my overall impression.

The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any requests. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch, making me feel valued as a guest.

Just passing through. Very affordable and great place to stay. Was a little hesitant because I never try anything new and always stay at the same places whenever I travel but glad I branched out. Place was quiet, staff saved us by leaving the heater on in the room for our arrival as it was -1°. Beds had electric blankets as well!

Room was average size, lovely big bed with clean sheets. 3 star quality. The parking was ridiculously difficult for my room ... tight, angled with a drop off on one side.

The cosy motel has been renovated and managed by a lovely family. Julie was very hospitable, she went above and beyond to accommodate us. She had excellent service. The rooms were clean, cosy and had heaters ready for our arrival in winter. Located in a great spot in the heart of Cooma.
