I been going to this hotel in brisbane city for 5 years and it's lovely hotel. Sometimes the furniture is out date like our chair was peeling lots of black material that a bit yucky. But othe wise very comfortable place to stay in and the bed is so nice sleep in. Very close to the city only 3 minutes walk away and 2 minutes to the gardens.

NOT A 4 * BY ANY STRETCH OF IMAGINATION
Overpriced, Filthy, Cheap fixtures and fitting’s, Smells like an old people’s home… Could pass for Student accommodation at the very best.
Guests/Residents attracting 15+ police officers. I wasn’t happy with my parents staying there , neither are they. I Will be moving today! For the same money go elsewhere!

Just adding words so my review is accepted and available to help inform other travellers. Don’t recommend for the amount being paid for the room. The lift lobby was over fragranced when the air cleared out it smelt like something had died, needs to be carpet clean and reprised. Also one cannot have a comfortable shower without contortionist and wetting the rest of the bathroom. The dining room chairs were ripped apart looking like a cat had got to them.

Was a good place to stay with friends and family as staff were really helpful and friendly. Our overall stay was perfect and we could feel the warmth smile of the staff as soon as we enter the building.

We had a two bedroom apartment and it was stunning and had views of the botanic gardens and the hotel was super close to a lot of attractions, it was clean and smelt great when we entered the room.

Oaks hotel and really consistent through out the states and territories. You all received great service and usually located in good location. Close to everything you want to see and do.
