The price and location suited us as we were only in town for 3 days. The hotel is 1 minute off the M1, o access from the airports is quick.There is so much construction work going on around Brisbane making parking for check in a bit difficult, but only a minor glitch. There needs to be a time limit placed on the available spaces so that cars are not sitting there for long periods, or even unattended. Reception was excellent, processing our booking was quick, and information about the room and the parking was very helpful. The lifts were fast with little waiting times. The room was spacious, clean, and bright with full windows in lounge and bedrooms. The bathrooms were very well appointed as was the kitchen area. The bedroom was a good size and the bed was super comfy. We were out most times but it was quite pleasant when we were sitting admiring the views. We checked out the gym and pool but unfortunately we didn't have a chance to use them. The pool area was amazing, spacious, with a lounge area to relax and there was also a sauna. Checkout was quick and efficient.

Clean and comfortable beds.
Very nice appliances and well equipped kitchen.
Service was quite good.
Rooms on the riverside would be much nicer as the views into the surrounding high-rises are not inspiring.
Pool a bit cloudy but nice open air area to relax in with a surprising cooking area.
Fitness room small and no mats for floor work. They were updating the equipment though, so probably nicer in the future, even if we couldn't use it.

I stayed at the Brisbane Skytower By Clix & was warmly greeted by professional and kind staff who go above and beyond to ensure your comfort in their beautiful, polished, crisp & clean apartments. It had everything I need and made my stay memorable, easy and it felt like a home away from home. I do encourage you to ensure you attend the correct reception area though...that is the only slight confusion..

The room we stayed in was a little worse for wear, which was somewhat disappointing given the price tag. You are paying a hefty premium to stay in this building. The pool was only three feet deep, which was another sore point. Everything else was great in terms of views and accessibility to the city. Everything was within a short walk.

I've been in the Skytower many times due to my work. As always the service was perfect.This last time I had a wonderful stay. I encountered an issue with the bathroom, but Rav was extremely helpful and attentive. He went above and beyond to resolve the problem and even arranged for me to change room. His professionalism and care made my experience much more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel, especially thanks to Rav's exceptional service!.
I will definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone especially to my colleagues at work who need good accommodation for long periods.

Good location, and apparment equipped well but bed was horrible! Advertised as a king room but was two spring singles placed together that felt like they were going to flip off the base throughout the night. No mattress topper to even pull the two together was extremely uncomfortable!! Was a clean apartment and good part of the city close to everything just got zero sleep which is unfortunate

I would love to have given 5 Stars, but (as noted by MANY others), having to do laps around the block after a long drive with nowhere to stop for check-in was really annoying. Ubers need to be moved on. The staff were lovely, especially in the reception area - I could not fault the service. The rooms were fabulous - clean and spacious and had the fantastic views we had hoped for. A fan in the front room would be great - the air con was not keeping the room cool enough when the door was shut (sharing the apartment with others).
Now for the pool area, which was the BIGGEST disappointment (and judging by the comments, it's not been addressed). It's a terrible design and a missed opportunity for something great. The open-air/breezeway makes it freezing and unbearably windy, even in the middle of summer! The view I saw in the ads must have been on opening day - the windows were not clean and you could barely see out from in the pool. Stupid slippery stairs up to what is actually a very small pool, a slippery shower area near the sauna where you can't get changed as there is no door or area to hang anything. The only toilet - one - doubles as a shower, so if anyone is showering, there's nowhere else to go. That one toilet requires you to go through two doors and into a freezing gym area. I was unlucky enough to go after a guy with two young kids who had been - straight from the pool - it was wet and, again, slippery.
This pool area could have really had a wow factor - what a waste of space. That's probably enough to make me stay elsewhere if I'm honest.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a beautiful happy young lady. With a smile that would make anyone's day. We were given an upgrade to a higher view. Which we weren't expecting and a little gift for our anniversary. The one bedroom apartment was beautiful and spacious and well equipped. My only complaint would be they need another towel rail. But the way I got around hanging the towels up was by using the drying rack in the laundry. Great place to stay. Would definitely recommend it.
