Fabulous stay here. Rooms a little old but they a perfectly functional and have all the amenities required and the bed was very comfortable and no sound proofing issues - very quiet.
The location is great and so easy to walk to the main esplanade and surrounding areas. Parking also great for secure location.
The highlight of our stay was the lady on reception. She was so welcoming, helpful and had the biggest smile. A true asset to this hotel.

We were very pleased with our stay. The receptionist working was so kind, helpful and made us feel welcome. About a ten minute walk to the main road and the night market. Highly recommend. The rooms a standard , clean, cozy and bathroom was also clean.

The rooms are old and dated, but that would be fine if the other issues weren't present. The WiFi does not work at all in many rooms, the pipes are super loud so you hear drains and water running all night long, and the walls are thin. The curtains do not cover the windows properly so you will be woken up at 6am with sun. Bed was comfortable.

Super friendly lady at receotion. Delightful. Clean sheets, comfortable bed, hot lovely shower with great pressure. Clean towels. Easy walking distance to Esplanade. |But room is dated and has old smell. Suitable for a nights stay. Would stay elsewhere for a longer stay.

This motel is in a quiet spot a short walk from central Cairns and the waterfront. The room, although a little dated and a bit worn was clean and generally comfortable, and would suit people who only need somewhere simple to sleep and shower.||Late night arrival procedures were clear, and I was able to access my room easily. Parking was off-street and secure. I did not partake in breakfast, and didn't use the pool to comment on either.||The negatives: the bed was super soft and the King is two singles pushed together rather than a genuine King size. The air-con was fine for August, but may not be up to par in the hottest months. The showerhead is set very low - I had to squat to wash my hair. ||None of this would prevent me staying again if the price was right. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and I felt quite rested each morning. No discernible noise from inside or outside the property.

The hotel is located very close to the centre of Cairns and has very reasonable prices. The rooms are spacious and clean with fresh towels provided daily. There is also a secure car park behind the hotel that can only be entered using the room card. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
