Clean and well maintained spacious old fashioned room. Kitchenette has everything you need. Staff is nice. Safe car park. Conveniently located between the airport and the city. Few cafes are nearby for breakfast. Didn’t get to enjoy all the facilities as I was there for one night.

Large comfortable rooms with balcony, large bathroom with shower. Comfortable bed, TV , air con etc.
Good, clean tidy, fresh towels and bedding but room dated.
Includes beautiful restaurant indoor/outdoor that looked inviting but I had no time to check it out. Close to sea front and Cairns hospital.

Large and comfortable room (214). There is a microwave and some pots and pans. Huge and comfortable bed, a coffee table with armchairs and a table with two chairs. I didn't have time to see the pool and restaurant so I can't rate.
Basic and needs updating. For the price it could be better

The hotel room was large and spacious, but unfortunately, our stay was a distressing experience. There was a break-in through the balcony door, which we are certain was locked when we left the room. We’re unsure whether the intruder managed to force it open from the outside or if it had been left unlocked by housekeeping. Valuable items, including jewelry and cash, were stolen.

Our safety became a major concern, and we received minimal assistance from both the hotel staff and the police. Ultimately, we decided to move to another hotel. To their credit, the hotel did not charge us for the remaining nights of our stay.

If you’re considering booking this property, please exercise caution.

Large apartment showing signs of age, settee needs replacing, odd arrangement with bedroom area and sliding doors to ‘box in’ private space. Shower good but signs of black mould etc, needs updating. Very useful free washing machine. Staff very friendly and helpful, swimming pool clean and warm. The rooms need updating but for a couple of nights it’s been a good base.

What a great find, $157 for a KS bed, self con room, extremely clean, air con efficient and centrally located. Staff cld not have been more pleasant and helpful. Great service. Didn't eat at the restaurant as we were booked elsewhere but it was full.

My go 2 place in Cairns. Excellent friendly customer service. The room is very clean and tidy. Restaurant downstairs. I couldn't see the vending machine that was there previously. Upon my last stay on the first floor, before checking out I booked the same room with the Reception. When I arrived and checked in on the 1/9/24 I was given a different room ground level large family room by the pool...I don't like the west wing area because it is very noisy.

REVIEW FROM A SOLO 50 PLUS YEAR OLD GUEST.

FYI, I SEE WHO CLEARLY ANSWERS ALL THE GOOGLE REVIEW RESPONSES!!!!
"SHOCK FACTOR"

THIS HOTEL IS A DUMP!!!! BEST PART OF THE STAY WAS TO PUT THE FRONT DESK OPERATOR "GRETA" BACK IN HER BOX!! AND CHECKING OUT A DAY EARLIER TO STAY ELSEWHERE!! MY ROOM WAS BOOKED AGAIN WITHIN THREE HOURS!!!

THEY WILL HAVE THEIR OWN VERSION TO RESPOND TOO I AM SURE.

NOT ALL GUESTS WISH TO HAVE A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD FOR YOU TO THEN WRITE DOWN ON A PIEACE OF PAPER TO THEN BE PUT WHERE? HENCE WHY I PROTECT MYSELF FROM FRAUD!!

I HAD A PASSPORT/CASH AVAILABLE TO OFFER SHOULD "I TRASH THE ROOM" STATED MY "GRETA" THEY DID NOT ACCEPT THIS, ONLY TO THEN AGAIN BE BELITTLED BY A BACKPACKER.

5 STARS ONLY FOR THE CLEANER OF THIS HOTEL, I COULD ONLY IMAGINE WHAT CLEANING YOU ALL HAVE TO DO TO KEEP THIS HOTEL/BUILDING CLEAN.

HOTEL ROOM BOOKED AND PAID FOR WAS NOT THE ADVERTISED ROOM.
