Lovely room, spacious and modern. Pool was clean, decorated with large palm trees and beautiful flowers.

Asked for a 5 hour extension as our flight were at 6pm in the evening, only paid a $50 fee which was great.

The hotel is a fair walk to Cairns City but nonetheless welcomed to get the steps up each day 🙂

My parents and I stayed here for two days. The receptionist lady was so welcoming and nice. She was so thoughtful and trying her best to make us feel as comfortable as she can. I can’t recommend enough about this hotel! It is clean and walkable to most of places. One of best hotels I have ever stayed

Our experience at the hotel was good. The staff was friendly and gave us useful recommendations to enjoy the area. The room was clean and looked just like the photos. Also, the location is quiet, perfect for relaxing. Overall, a good place to stay.

At first glance, this hotel seems promising, with a stylish reception area and rooms that look nice on the surface. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but pleasant.

Our toilet became blocked around 12:00, and we promptly informed reception. The front desk assured us maintenance would fix it by the time we returned. However, when we came back at 4 PM, nothing had been done.

We reported the issue to the new receptionist, who shockingly suggested we use the toilet brush to clear the blockage ourselves. Reluctantly, I spent several uncomfortable minutes attempting this, only to find the situation worsening, with brown water rising to the rim. The smell became unbearable, forcing us to return to reception once again to request proper assistance.

Despite repeated attempts by the receptionist to contact management and maintenance, no help arrived. We waited in the lobby until 5 PM. To make matters worse, we had to pay out of pocket for a drink while waiting.

Eventually, we were moved to a new room, but the damage to our experience was done. Spending the final night of our anniversary dealing with such poor service and hygiene issues left a sour taste. A hotel’s appearance means nothing if basic maintenance and guest care are so poorly neglected.

Lovely, clean rooms.
Amazingly helpful staff.
Restaurant with breakfast was very nice and the coffee was wonderful.
Only downside, there was a slight whistling sound through the door when the elevators were running.
Very small issue that is probably beyond the hotel's control.
Would highly recommend staying here.

First time I've stayed in Cairns in 33years (since I left after 24 years) with genuine hospitality and unbelievable service.

Happy to say the 4 people I have recommended and have stayed since my visit felt the same.

The staff were wonderful, the room was superb.

Cannot wait for my next visit. (Hopefully not for a funeral 😞)

The hotel reception manager made 2 hot and travel weary travellers feel human again with his genuinely friendly service. We really appreciated a couple ales to decompress in the bar at happy hour and enjoyed our well priced and beautifully presented dinners at the restaurant. The lovely girl serving at the bar also deserved good mention. We felt very comfortable to 'stay in' for the evening. We would definitely book at this hotel again.

Rooms were clean and spacious, the pool was realy refreshing and open till late (10 pm) . The hotel was a little bit outside of the center which is just something to keep in mind ! (It was about a 15 to 20 minute walk, realy lovely but often hot - tho there was an electric scooter port just outside!)
Reception staff were very kind and helpful (especially claire!) tho it must be noted that it was a little hard to get hold of the bar staff during the day
