We had a wonderful stay at this facility. The rooms were clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully designed. My only minor suggestion would be to extend the shower glass door slightly more to prevent water from splashing out, and having couple of extra hand towels would help. However, this didn’t detract from my experience at all. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning system worked perfectly, ensuring a restful stay. I’ll definitely be returning!

Outstanding.
I recently stayed three nights at CB and the experience was fantastic.
I highly recommend, rating it in the top ten hotels I have stayed in, Worldwide.
Many Cairns hotels exceed my expectations, and CB did not disappoint.
Front counter service, exceptional, timed it perfectly with the hotels fifth Birthday and a glass of bubbles and pleasant conversation with one of the hotels residents.
Room quality including bed and
bathroom, great.
Hotel amenities, I'm remaining positive, yes the gym has no free weights, pool is a little small, breakfast a little tired, however these are forgotten with thoughts of the overall experience.

We stayed there in a two bedroom suite for 6 nights over Christmas. It was a fantastic experience. The service was excellent, we didn’t want to stay next to the pool and the front desk staff took us to see a different room. We left something behind, call the hotel and they posted our stuff to our home. The was a full kitchen with top of the range appliances and even a washing machine and dryer. The beds are super comfortable and the bathrooms are very modern. There are two restaurants in the building they are a little pricey but so is every restaurant in Cairns. The only recommendation is to replace the sofa. It was a small two seater and does not look clean.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The location is closer to airport taking taxi or uber to hotel was easy.

Check in was fast and staff was friendly. We booked urban master for 4 kids. We got two connecting room with one king bed and two twin beds.

Rooms were clean and modern. Views were great from our room.

Location was excellent near all the major restaurants within walkable distance. Shopping areas were close as well.

We were disappointed in morning breakfast that we included with our stay due to early excursion times. We decided not to do breakfast at hotel for couple of days as there were many other open cafes nearby starting from 6.30 to 7 am. Hotel staff took our feedback nicely.

We preferred this to their sister hotel Flynn which seems to a bit louder when passing by and this was a bit on quieter side which I preferred with kids.

Definitely luxury experience and worth staying here if you are in area.

A fantastic location for those wanting to explore the Esplanade, beaches and be centrally located to all Cairns has to offer. Taxi from airport approximately AU$25, with both the train station and cruise terminal within a 10 minute walk.

Property features a spacious lobby and modestly sized pool area to relax at. It also boasts a number of meeting rooms and offers a self-serve buffet breakfast at on-site restaurant.

Reception staff were fantastic to deal with and made check-in process quick and simple.

Room 804 located on one of the higher levels with a great view of Cairns city towards the cruise terminal. The property uses contactless bamboo room entry tokens with the room being spacious and luxurious with all the modern trimmings you would expect from a five star property

The hotel hosts an on-site wine bar as well as offering breakfast at the next door restaurant.

On our recent stay on arrival the staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly. The hotel looked and smelt amazing, we had that real excited holiday luxury feel.|| Unfortunately, once we got to the room it was not what we expected. || We booked a 3-bedroom apartment and prior to arrival were asked how we wanted the beds set up in the 2 rooms that did not have a queen bed (king or 2 singles). We asked for a king in one of the rooms and 2 singles in the other as we were traveling with another couple as our wedding present to them and single beds in the other for our children. ||The apartment we were given had 2 single beds in the main bedroom that was quite large with an ensuite that had no door between the ensuite and the bedroom. There another smaller room with a queen bed and ensuite and the third room (apart from having a bed in it I would not consider it a bedroom) that i would say is a study nook had a 1 bed, no door so opened directly to the main living area and no access to a bathroom unless going through another bedroom. Yes the apartment had 2 bathrooms, but both were in a bedroom.||With such a room configuration and without the 3rd bedroom we booked we either had a couple sleeping in a room with no door, no privacy and no access to a bathroom unless going into the other couples room as not to wake the kids or give them full view of the goings on, or move the kids to share a bed and put the couple in the main room with 2 single beds. We chose the second option. This left us with kids in a room with no door so not able to get to sleep early as we were awake in the living room and no privacy for us in the bedroom as we had to leave our door open so the kids could use the bathroom at night.|| This was a not comfortable or practical for us nor would it be for any group expecting 3 bedrooms with not having access to a toilet without going through somebody else's bedroom. ||Had we known the room was set up like this (in my opinion it is a stretch to call this a 3-bedroom apartment, it's more a 2br and study, we would not have booked this apartment.|| On a side note the air-conditioning on the small room where there was a queen bed did not cool the room below 24 degrees no matter what setting or temperature we set it at.||This unfortunate experience with our room has tarnished what should have been a great experience in what otherwise was an amazing hotel with wonderful staff.

The bed was great! I had a sweet dream. The hotel has two swimming pools, gym and sauna. I recommend everyone to experience it when you have time. The hotel is located in the urban area of ​​Cairns. There are night markets and supermarkets nearby. It is very convenient.

Loved our apartment in Cairns. Small but had everything that we needed. Close to town and restaurants. Had a pool which was great as swimming in the ocean was not recommended. Staff were helpful as we needed to change the number of days that we stayed there, this was not an issue. Would stay here again!
