5 star all the way from the first phone call to book our apartment. Jodie’s customer service could not be faulted. We booked for a 7 day stay. Room was spotless and facilities were fantastic. The view from our balcony was just breathtaking. Pool is very clean and the gym is very well equipped. All the staff have helped to make our stay unforgettable. Cannot wait to re book for another stay next year.

Helpful friendly booking process via emails. Easy check-in, wonderful spacious clean apartment, we stayed in 701 and loved everything about it.

Well appointed kitchen, lots of utensils and ice and water already in the freezer and fridge when we arrived - much appreciated. Compendium was very thorough and informative. Three split system air cons to keep the apartment cool.

Location is fantastic, a 5 min walk to pier restaurants and bars, casino is 2 doors away. View of the inlet from the balcony is gorgeous.

Jodie was especially helpful, nothing was too much trouble, and the gent on staff was very forgiving when we locked ourselves out once. The other gent on staff was also very polite and kind.

There is some noise from the street and neighbouring apartment blocks so if you are sensitive to noise bring some earplugs. There is also a bell tower somewhere that chimes on the hour, but it's not intrusive.

We hope to stay there again the first chance we get!!

We absolutely loved Jack and Newell apartments. Easy after hours check in, rooms spacious, clean and very well equipped. The view is amazing from the balconies and so easy to get around from the location. We appreciated the late check out and can not wait to return. Highly recommend.

Excellent location if you are going to the cruise terminal, which is just over the road, and is reasonably close to all the other amenities Cairns has to offer. It was quiet in the evenings too - away from the hustle and bustle of the night market etc.|Apartments and their rooms are a very good size with everything you need to spend an extended time there. The view from the balcony was also lovely.|The apartments had everything including cooking utensils etc as well.|There were also two allocated car parks for our apartment which meant the hire car was off street too.|If you intend to do dive day trips or the reef based activities it is close to the Cairns Marina and all the boats there.|All in all a very good experience.

We stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment 604 for 6 nights. It was a brilliant choice for accommodation - roomy, in excellent condition, with an outlook across the park to the cruise ship terminal. Just a short walk to the Reef Terminal for day trips (Green Island and Outer Barrier reef). Very handy to lots of retaurants and cafes along the waterfront. Quiet at night. Flexible check-in, we arrived at 11am and were allocated a room immediately. Would certainly book here again.

I booked the last few days of my holiday in a sea view apartment as a way to celebrate, prior to leaving for the UK. Sadly, shortly after check-in and admiring the beautiful views, a gigantic P&O cruise docked directly outside the hotel, resulting in my 'sea views' becoming a view of seemed like a block of flats; to top it off, it stank and was noisy if we went out on the balcony. If the fact that the hotel was fronted by the cruise terminal, and that the view from my apartment was very different to what had been advertised ans sold, I would not be making an issues or this, as I simply would have booked alsewhere. This tainted what should have been ending the holiday with a 'bang'. Very disappointed
