You walk into this immaculate place and are blown away by the sheer amount of space and tranquillity. Air-conditioning is perfect. What an incredible experience! From the friendly outgoing staff to the amazing 👏 delicate and mouth melting chocolate brownie! Most cleanest environment I have ever witnessed. Every table was spotless. It was great to see that your not on top of each other, there is plenty of space between the tables and enough space to enjoy the cool atmosphere. I cannot bring myself to describe how much I enjoyed the Chocolate Brownie that was offered to me to be heated. Definitely how a brownie is supposed to be like and tasteful. 🌟 That was a perfect recommendation. The kindest lady that served me was helpful, professional and a delight to be served by. Before I ordered anything I wanted to see what the customer service was like and I was not disappointed!

Ash, as I found out, was serving customers with such a smile and delightful manner and I couldn't honestly leave without knowing his name to post on this review! Highest of all recommendations to come down and visit this immaculate experience here at the Headquarters of Zarraffas! 10 out of 10. Well done !

Large space for roastery tours, also have a café. Food is average- could be so much better! Also was very slow getting meals so was waiting around. They also got our order wrong. Coffee was good.

Such a spacious cafe which make the dining experience comfortable. Staff are nice and detailed mind and offer free cookies tasting. Food are unexpectedly delicious and varieties.

We used to frequent this cafe when it first opened up & the coffee was exceptionally good. This was a return visit after a few years & was disappointed to have coffee served in a takeaway cup. Evidently, due to timing, it was 2.45pm close to closing. With double shots in flat white, not much crema & rather watery in consistency. It's a shame as the flavour was great & not burnt. Recent return visit on a Thursday when cafe is open until 5pm. Had a great flat white in a proper cup, good strength & crema

Fooled by the good reviews and photos. The the coffee was unpleasant in both taste and presentation. Everything is self serviced but this does not reflect on the price. Food was ok but one of the staff I saw mix the seasoning of the fries with bare hands without gloves.

After a little adventure drive and stopped here for a quick lunch, very surprise that the food here is pretty amazing, we ordered 3 foods, all good look and great taste specially the bowl of chips with smoky BBQ sources, definitely will come back again 😋😋

Located inside Distillery Rd, it's a great cafe, I've been a couple of times now.
On my last visit, I can distinctly remember the very warm and lovely interaction with the staff member who took my order.
I settled down at a table near the fireplace to get toasty warm as a respite from the cold putside.
I ordered a coffee which was delicious. I can't tell you what I ordered food wise as I think it was a special and I can't see it on the menu. But that too was delicious.
My only complaint is the bistro feel of having your go up and get your order yourself when your personalised buzzer goes off. But that's personal choice
My whole experience definitely left me wanting to return.

Very impressive setting and atmosphere backed up with high standard Zaraffa's coffee and restaurant grade food. My food choice was grilled chicken fillet on Turkish bread. Chicken fillet can be dry but smashed avocado, sour cream and tomato? salsa made sure it wasn't. Love the hole in the wall to peer through (I can't tell you the secret sights, see for yourself) and just such a cool vibe The coffee roasting factory is on display too.
