Well I’m pretty disappointed with the customer service. The massage, was rushed and done very roughly. The experience entirely, was terrible. I had to tell the staff member to put his phone away as he was constantly using it to make calls in the MIDDLE of my massage. I am a mum of 2 little ones, rarely ever get time to myself and so this was supposed to be a relaxing time which it wasn’t. The phone was calling someone the ENTIRE time I was there, I was getting massaged with 1 hand because the other was dialling on the phone. I had to tell him to put his phone away. Will never return here & will be telling my friends about this experience. He also would stop massaging me in the time I’m paying for & get up off his chair multiple times (don’t know where he was going) and would be speaking with other staff and customers, running around.

If you want a relaxing environment and full proper service, DO NOT choose this place. I won’t be back

I have a problem hip. Woke up Saturday with a limp, Sunday I told the wife I was going to get a massage.

Walked in Sunday morning, no appointment, paid for a 45 minute massage. It took about 2 minutes before he stopped half way down my side with the words "Does this hurt here?"

Needless to say. I got what I paid for and I am feeling MUCH better.

Ask for a receipt!
I went in for a 30 minute remedial massage and dry needling, I was charged $130. A 30 minute massage is $65 and $50 extra for dry needling, total should have been $115 minus a rebate of $31, so the charge should have been $84. I called and questioned this and they wouldn't listen.

This place is a scam, watch what you pay! They treated my partner horrible today and aggressively yelled at her! She suffers from PTSD and she had a horrible experience when all she wanted was a fully body massage. I called 3 times and they continued to hang up on me and wouldn’t take my calls when requesting to speak with the manager which was very unprofessional. Used to come here all the time and now will never return and will spread the word that you should avoid this place. All she wanted for a full body massage and the staff member only massaged her back and shoulders for an entire hour. They even told my partner multiple prices when she had called prior which did not add up.

Typical shopping centre quality nothing more than a rub, nothing beneficial. Different faces all the tim. Most average treatment wouldn’t compare to a real therapist
