I recently had a facial at Emjay Spa & Wellness in Cleveland, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The spa is super inviting and has such a relaxing atmosphere - I felt an immense sense of calm just walking in the door. Belinda is genuine and caring, and did an excellent job at making sure I was comfortable.

My facial was absolutely incredible—my skin feels rejuvenated, smooth, and glowing! Belinda took the time to explain each step of the process, the benefits of the quality products being used, and recommended the best products for my skin type and concerns. I left feeling pampered and completely refreshed.

I was given this pamper gift as a present and it was wonderful. Never been here before and was surprised and delighted at its cuteness, the peacefulness of the place and how welcoming the therapist was .
I was treated with the signature package and wasn’t disappointed. Foot soak scrub and peppermint leg massage , followed by a back exfoliation and wonderful massage , working on my knots !
But for me the facial was the highlight . The therapist worked wonders on my ageing dry skin and I came out refreshed glowing and relaxed .
My skin has been amazing since and even had compliments on my complexion this week .
So thank you .
I’ve rebooked as self care is important , I work hard and some time out is essential .
