This apartment is wonderful; it has everything needed for a pleasant stay. The thoughtful provision of shower gel, shampoo, laundry powder, and dishwasher tablets was much appreciated. The location is ideal, offering an excellent view of the city and river, and it's conveniently located about a ten-minute walk from the main shopping area. The apartment itself is clean, modern, and beautifully presented. The 7-Eleven at the entrance is also very helpful. Communication with the owners was excellent.|While the key pickup instructions were quite clear, the key holder shop was a bit difficult to locate due to its tucked-away position. We did drive past it several times. However, this is merely my personal observation and not a reflection on the owner's instructions. The pool was very cold, but again, this seems to be a building issue; the hot sauna more than compensated for it.|We certainly plan to stay here again on our next trip to Brisbane.

I booked a 2 night stay here to celebrate my 60th Birthday. I booked a River View Room. It was fantastic and the views from our 50th floor balcony both day and night were amazing. The bed was very comfortable. The location worked wonderfully for us, just a short walk to the Riverside Ferry Terminal. The photos online of this property are very much what you see. Absolutely loved it.

“Fantastic Stay!!”
Had booked another unnamed apartment for a 9 night stay but after 1 night we decided we could not ruin our holiday and stay a minute longer!!! Thankfully managed to get a room here for the next 8 nights. Checked in and needed to wait whilst room was still being serviced (happy to wait), but the amazing staff thought we had waited too long and upgraded us (at no extra charge) to a 2 bedroom apartment as well as providing us with some snacks for the inconvenience. Right from the start we received amazing service from the team! Loved our stay, loved the location and loved the apartment! Everything was clean and our room had everything we needed to make the rest of our holiday successful. If there was anything to complain about we found the spa pool was quite cool (very minor), but other than that we could not fault anything! Thanks for a fantastic stay, we will be back!

The staff were really helpful and friendly, the 3 bed apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The lifts look new and have great technology making getting up and down quicker than some other apartment buildings. There were a few issues with some of the doors in the apartment (privacy locks not working, a door on an ensuite not able to be closed), but assured by staff they would have them fixed up.

The reception team is exceptionally friendly and helpful, making for a warm welcome. The location is outstanding, offering great convenience. However, the building is old, and the apartments have dated finishes. Additionally, the room cleaning service falls below expectations, and there is no on-site venue for breakfast.

Same experience as others, lovely location and views, stayed here for a premium price on New Years Eve which was totally ruined by false complaints from the apartment below around noise levels. Too scared to even move a chair to get comfortable after 3 visits from security, who bless them, had the patience and understanding to at least give us the benefit of the doubt and understand the noise levels that the 4 adults in their late 40s make was far from excessive. Funny how the noise levels of the odd chair being moved was overwhelming compared to the party boats, fireworks and celebrations coming up from the river. Spoke in whispers after that and stayed glued to the spot to avoid being evicted at 7.30pm at night. Avoid.

Do not book here if u have visitors or want bad & strict service.. my friend and her work mate booked an apartment here and she had invited us to come over for couple hours for drinks, when we got there there were 5 of us not including her and her work mate. The lady at the reception made me write down mine and my friends names I had written down mine and two friends names and there wasn’t space for the other two. So I had asked her where I put their names. She gave me a blank look and stared so rudely and said “NO NO there can only be 5 people in the room” as if I knew that so I looked at her and said “oh sorry I didn’t know that”. We then proceeded to figure something out some of us stay & some of us go. So then only two of us stayed and the rest left to go home, an hour later we had her and security come up to the room to count how many people were in there RIDICULOUS!!
