Fabulous!!
I spent one night at this hotel for my birthday. I was really happy with services and staff with its spectacular surrounding views. the room and pools were clean. The staff were very nice and helpful and helped me a lot for my birthday. They had put a white wine in our room as a gift for my birthday. very nice, peaceful, and quiet.
A lady named Toni in the restaurant was very kind and lovely.
I truly recommend this place to stay and I will come back again!

A friend and I stayed last weekend and did enjoy ourselves and all the staff were terrific. The rooms are very dated along with the hotel in general. The place is looking very tired and needs a significant input of cash. The golf course also has seen better days and it was obvious that they lack staff and equipment.

We stayed because we had a mountain bike event. The staff were pleasant on check in. The entire facilities are run down and everything needs a good clean. The rooms are over priced for what you get. There was dirt and dust on the entrance tiles, door tracks were full of dirt, windows filthy and air-conditioning vents full of dust. The sofa bed in the family room is not suitable for anyone over 12 years. The positive was the bed, it was amazingly comfortable.
Overall not worth the price.

On the stay and play (golf) package which was good value. Golf course lovely and in good condition, a bit rough in places. Very quiet so no delays. Hotel is a bit dated and tatty in places. Few unexpected bug encounters in the night. Breakfast was late opening and not everything was ready at 6.30 which meant I missed out due to early tee time in the morning. Pavilion pub food was solid. All staff good.

Dear Manager,||Congratulations for providing my group of 20 golfers with a memorable 3 day/3 night stay/experience last weekend.||As golfers who have frequently played the course over the past 40 years, we all agreed prior to checking-in that the sensational layout already has it's high merit. What surprised everyone was the good conditioning considering the wet weather over the past 2 months and obvious budget constraints. Well done green staff & Pro-shop staff.||Meals, drinks, and especially service at both the Pavilion & Lilies was rated very good unanimously by the group. Well done to all hospitality staff. ||Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable and ideally located to all facilities.|The staff efforts to repair then reinstate 1 of the swimming pools within 24 hours was quite commendable. Congrats on the the multi-tasking of all your staff (Matt in particular).||Front desk was friendly & efficient from check-in on Thursday night through to check-out Sunday afternoon.||Keep up the great work and see you next year with possibly a group of 50||Cheers|Teddy Cole

The staff were great and very welcoming. The breakfast was very good and there was plenty of variety. The room was adequate but has seen better days.
We came for the golf and were really disappointed in the state of the paths, the greens and the general upkeep of the course.
It must have been a terrific place a few years ago but now definitely shows its age.

The staff have been wonderful with accommodating our needs. Tina at reception was so helpful and lovely.

You can tell that the place is on the older side, but everything is still usable and we had a relaxing time; with the choice to do either a couple of activities, or do many things.

We enjoyed the swimming pool area and the buffet dinner was really nice.

We would definitely come again.

Staff in office and Restaurant are great. Our room was comfortable and the resort convenient to the small shops across the road for food and takeaways. Along with the pub a bit further along in the grounds. This resort has the potential to be something great but needs some TLC. It is showing its age and some maintenance issues exist. Having said this, we still had an enjoyable couple of nights. A special 'Thank you' to Janeane in the restaurant you added to our breakfast delights with your cheerfulness, friendliness and fun approach.
