My daughter has done her nails with tips first time in her life and within 24 hours all of them fell off. We are traveling and left the town. After long battle during 2 days about "no refund policy" which is not allowed in Australia, I have been advised that I can have partial refund if I will come back with same card - 2 hours drive for me! They rejected to make transfer to my bank account saying it is not possible (are we still living in dark ages? everyone has internet banking!!).

Two months ago, I started getting gel nails with tips as opposed to my usual acrylic extensions. This salon is filled with the loveliest of loveliest people who own a successful business that bestows the perfect combination of professionalism, creativity and skill. Absolutely horrible experience. So painful and my nails ended up having big craters in them. I had to get my nails removed the next day. They had a trainee doing my nails with no guidance.
