I used this business and was sorry I did. $500 eyebrows cost me $550 to remove, awful Job and not what was asked for, or pointed to as an example on her display wall. No stars.

Having no trust in Kay's ability to tattoo, I naturally did not allow her touch my eyebrows again, i.e. to remove her work.....I requested a refund in part or full to which she refused. It took 4 visits, 8 weeks apart, to remove Kay's tattooing, one was obviously higher than the other, she tatooed above my natural eyebrow line and the shape was all wrong for my face, "the latest trend" she said, NOT what I asked for and being over 50 with what I call Wii character eyebrows this was embarrassing for me for too long.

Kay's message below is to give a false impression of wanting to discuss, she did discuss via message some time ago now and was given my bank details in the event she might reconsider refunding part or full, she refused and was smug in her replies to me despite my distress.

I've had IPL at other places in the past ..
by far this place is the best most thorough experience I've had. Very gentle and calming does more then expected and cares about skin a lot. Over and above for her clients I also had micro (my first time) my skin is so beautiful. thank you so much I will be a regular for sure.

Despite being unable to help me with my desire of cosmetic tattooing, this lady took the time to
explain the procedure and that I needed to be able to move onto a bed for the process which with me in a wheelchair is impossible. Purely from my call I could ascertain the quality of service & care of Skin Science & Hair Removal.
