We stayed in No 3 a 2 bedroom cabin & it was “Tops”.. comfortable, clean & relaxing. We booked for 4 nights and added 2 nights. Lovely pool to relax at. The best was the verandah with 2 tables and 4 seats. You could always find sun or shade♥️.. Lovely staff too.

Beautiful cabin that was so clean, well maintained and comfortable. The best sleep I’ve had in our 12 days of Australia so far.
Only downside is the WiFi did not work in our cabin at all. Signal just wasn’t good enough.
Location wise it’s great for beach access but the busier heart of hervey bay is about 35min walk so a car is beneficial.

We recently stayed at this park for 3 weeks.
It was a very relaxing and pleasant stay. The park is ideally located 300m from The Esplanade and Torquay with its shops and cafes.
The grounds are lovely with lots of palm trees and being a small park you feel like you are staying in a beautiful garden setting.
The team there are all so friendly and efficient- nothing was ever a problem. We were always greeted with a smile and hello from everyone.
The camp kitchen is excellent with a lovely sheltered open air setting. The amenities are old school but very bright and spotless - no complaints.
Thank you for another great stay. Really appreciated.

Terrible place and terrible people. Literally the minute we pulled up the woman next to us told the manager I had a Staffy. The manager came instantly to remind me of the pet rules and offered for us to leave the park. The manager never even saw my dogs. The electricity wasn’t working from their power pole so I asked him to have a look, our Staffy was inside our motor home with the screen door shut and the manager demanded I “secure the dog” inside before he would walk past the door like my dog would burst through the door and attack him. This was our first five minutes at this place. Every hour after for the entire stay a staff member would walk past our camp site and stop to look in and see if our dogs were locked up. They say they’re pet friendly but only if you have a little Maltese and similar. Arrogant and judgemental people. Ps: my Staffy Leon is a teddy bear who is scared of cats, storms, sliding chairs and feathers.

Clean, tidy and comfy. Only negatives is that the walls are paper thin and can hear neighbours every footstep, toilet flush and kids jumping and banging while trying to sleep. The wifi on the smart tv also doesn’t work. Other than that it’s nice.

Friendly staff, fantastic BBQ facilities including fridge, some cooking/dining equipment, the pool was decent beds were very comfortable and it's so close to the beach and esplanade!

The park is very well located, small and quiet, which was lovely. |We were in cabin 7, which is directly next to the toilet block so a striplight shines into the bottom of the blind over the double bed all night. This stopped us sleeping on the first night so the lovely lady in reception did all she could to help. We needed up taping the blind to the window frame! Which worked until it came unstuck!|Overall the cabin was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. There are enough beds for a family of 4 but a tiny table with two chairs both inside and outside - making it tricky for 4 people to eat. There is also a bit of a lack of storage to unpack into or onto. The bathroom for example is a good size and the shower was great, however there are no shelves or anywhere to put a wash bag. |Overall it’s a nice quiet place to stay and the lady at reception was absolutely wonderful. She not only did her very best to sort our issue with the light she managed to stop my overtired kids from fighting and get them both to help!

Very welcoming and friendly. We stayed with our Pug. Our Villa #7 was clean, tidy, with tea & coffee making facilities, air-conditioning, free Wi - Fi, and a little balcony. There is a huge camp kitchen for those wanting to cook their meals. It is walking distance to the beach and shops. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.
