Beautiful resort in perfect location. Spacious modern apartments with all the facilities you need for a great getaway. Lovely pools (one heated) and lots of area to lounge around in the sun. Added bonus is the 2 on-site cafe/restaurant/bistros that provide delicious food and drinks at reasonable prices. I highly recommend this place.

Arrived slightly earlier than expected and was greeted with a warm smile once entering the reception area. I had not requested an early check in when booking however it was accommodated and I was able to get to my room and relax after a long drive.

The room itself is well appointed and very clean. My wife, kids and I were comfortable as soon as entering. Great view of the ocean and pool area.

Hotel is easy to navigate and plenty of signage around to help do so. Undercover car park was also great because of the wet weather we have been having.

Would highly recommend oaks hervey bay for anyone looking for a nice and comfortable stay.

Will definitely be staying again next time I'm down this way.

Went away with 2 teen daughters and had a wonderful time. Only thing to be mindful of is the spa bath is against a clear window making it the bedroom entirely unusable if someone does wish for privacy in the bathroom. A curtain or blinds for optional privacy would be great. Heated pool is truely lovely and warm, large rooms, great location, pizzas from restaurant were incredibly tasty.

Stayed here with two adults two children in a two-bedroom apartment it was perfect for our needs.
The kitchen had all the appliances and utensils that we could have needed.
The rooms had quite a fewPowerPoints and USB-A charge points and even a induction charge Point we were quite pleased as we just happened to have quite a few devices that needed to be charged
The pool area is really nice and well set out for kids of all ages, although a little noise does go a long way.

The secure parking is good but not fantastic it's not allocated parking, the spaces are not generous and it only takes one person to not quite Park in the space properly to really make it difficult for the people parking around them I had to let the passenger side out of my car before I parked on one day and chose a space a bit further away but with more considerate people parked next to me the following day

Was a very nice hotel and we had a long stay of 3 weeks there, the room was great with a really comfy bed and a great view. Kitchen was well stocked. Staff were freidly and helpful. The pool area was really nice and well maintained.
The only issue was the WiFi, which was poor on a good day and hopeless on a bad day, really slow and very unreliable, was a real let down, especially when working from the apartment. There is also a weak 5G so at times no connectivity 😢.

What a stunning location for a holiday! The Oaks is a beautifully maintained resort featuring several modern pools that are perfect for relaxation. The on-site cafes offer delicious daily lunch specials at just $16, which is an incredible deal! 🍽️ Additionally, the happy hour drinks priced between $4 and $5 are a fantastic way to unwind after a day of exploring. The resort also boasts a restaurant and a pub, providing plenty of dining options. Overall, The Oaks is a fantastic choice for a memorable getaway!

We recently stayed at the Oaks Hervey Bay Resort and Spa. The location is fantastic with great views, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice overall, but I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness, which wasn’t quite up to five-star standards. Also, only the main living area had a small air conditioner, which was fine for September, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here during the hotter months. Overall, a pleasant stay, but there’s room for improvement.

We stayed for one night and very happy. Room on 1st floor was spacious and clean. We opted to pay to open up 2nd bedroom/bathroom.||Room had air con in living room and fans throughout.||Pool area was large and well maintained.||Plenty of parking in the carpark and staff were friendly and helpful.||Being members we had a lovely welcome pack which we appreciated.
