We stayed at ULTIQA Burleigh Mediterranean for a recovery week, have done this 2 years in a row now and this is our third stay overall.
It was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning ocean views, spacious and well-appointed apartments, and the overall relaxing atmosphere.

The facilities were fantastic—spotless pools, a great gym, and a rooftop area that made for the perfect spot to unwind. The location couldn’t be better, with easy access to the beach, great cafes, and everything Burleigh has to offer.

We truly couldn’t fault a thing—it was the perfect place to reset and recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious stay on the Gold Coast. We’ll definitely be back!

Location was perfect! Directly across the beach. Rooms were tidy and spacious with plenty of storage. Loved the wrap around balconies. The only improvements would be the carpets need to be deep cleaned or replaced as there are several stains. Also, the cabinets in the kitchen are quite dated. But the appliances are modern. Beds were very comfy.

That is the second time that my family and I stayed in your accommodation but probably is the last. My daughter Valeria and I did a booking 2 weeks ago and I paid full in advance for a 3 bedroom ocean view, but when my family did the check in, we received an apartment (2205) in the second floor without ocean view. The “ocean” view that is described and advertised is actually just a view of the pool and the entrance to the beach which is completely covered by greenery. No ocean can be seen.
This is very upsetting as we never go away on holiday and we made sure to get an apartment with an ocean view.

When we asked for a room with ocean view that I paid for, you told me just sorry and that you are fully booked which is understandable but completely disappointing.

I am feeling very disappointed and scammed by you. If no ocean can be seen from the balcony, it should not be considered as an ocean view at all.

Also you must more attention in the cleaning in the table and chairs in the dinning room, also the sofa was in not a good condition.

Exceptional location! Apartment layout perfectly suited to maximise views and natural light and very generously sized - the secret superpower of selecting an older build. Some fixtures showing their age but well worth the trade-off (furnishings have been re-modelled appropriately).

The room was lovely over looking the beach. However we did find it a little dirty dust on skirting, marks on the doors and walls. Carpet was really stained.
There was no salt or pepper little sachets and the large knives were extremely blunt.
But overall the facilities were great. Bed was comfortable, couch was great

This hotel was a major disappointment. It tries to appear luxurious but is really just an overpriced ripoff. I paid for three rooms and only received two. The blankets and pillows were in terrible condition, and the gym was ridiculously small—my own bathroom is larger than the gym clearly this hotel doesn't believein afleticsism. At $1,500 a night, this place is absolutely not worth it. I found other hotels in the area that offered far better experiences for a fraction of the price. Do yourself a favor and explore your options before booking here.

Room 702 - Matress is old and has become too soft - needs to be changed.
Ran out of soap in shower after 3 days -
Kitchen utensils - crockery glasses are tired and could do with an upgrade. A few new glasses and plates is not that expensive to replace. When you pay $300 and night there is a minimum expectation - standard to match the rates. This apartment doesn’t in my opinion. Thank you

The best experience we could have asked for.

The property is stunning. The suite oozed luxury and style.

Management and housekeeping attend beautifully to even the finest details.

The housekeeping manager (we presume he is management) we met on the first and last day of our stay made us feel so welcome, and he - in himself - deserves great credit for the little things he did before our arrival to make the room accomodate our needs.

The building faces the beach and is nestled far away from the construction and noise closer to town. It is 20-30 minutes from the GC attractions and 45 minutes from the Hinterland attractions.

Without reservation, we give the Mediterranean the highest of scores possible. We will return.
