Every thing was fantastic. The whole atmosphere they have created is quite unique. Only one complaint was the cofee bar. Very unfriendly staff. I was made to wait half an hour for a small coffee. I gave up and decided to leave. Left with a bad flavour. But overall great effort by top management.

This review is only about the beautiful looks and position of the two-story villas. I was there only for the day and admired the villas only from the outside. They look gorgeous with their Greek-style colours of blue ands white, facing the ocean.

Nice renovated bathroom new carpet at February 2023. Nice view to the ocean but tok fa r from the ship wreck. Current is very strong at the ship wreck sites only for strong swimmers, gloves are recommended and wet suit if u have as u easily cut yourself on the snorkelling. Will be back for more fun. Restaurant are well priced not overly pricy but alcohol is expensive.

Beautiful location with amazing views , once you find it . If you bring your car its a long walk to reception and back to car to unload and back to the villa ... Very clean however no air con , no bbq or outdoor shower/ tap to wash your sandy feet . Limited kitchen utensils.

TOO BUSY TO RELEASE OUR BOND BACK.

We were initially offered a late check out at VILLA 16 from Donald however upon booking this offer was redacted.

The villa it’s self had old scrubbing brushes and sponges and no bin bags
As well as many of the dishes being dirty along with Lipstick on the unwashed glasses.

I have now contacted Don 5 times over 5 weeks to try get my bond back which there has been an excuse for every time I have called. And I am still waiting.

Beautiful island and great location just let down by persons knowing it will book out regardless of customer service.

Great villas with great view. Quieter end of tanagalooma resort but quick walk back to restaurant, cafe and bar. Nice big green space directly out front of villas towards beach. Amazing sunset views. Quality of the villas generally good standard but may vary depending on private rental you go through. Fairly good sound proofing. Nice balconies. Easy walk up back to tanagalooma wrecks.
