Nice open, airy and clean space

Service was satisfactory

Meal was 'adequate'

The lamb cutlets were tender and cooked 'ok', just a little over but not bad

But they were flavourless - lacked a tasty marinading or good pre-serve seasoning

Pizza was 'okay'

The cheffing is average, and I wouldn't visit to eat here again - not because it was bad, but because it wasn't especially good and therefore not a sufficient value proposition

Needs a bit more passion and up-skilling in the kitchen

Don't get me wrong the food and service and the staff all round are 5 stars.
Do enjoy coming to brothers for the pokies and draws but having to stop now as every draw, no matter what day or night of the draw you always have the same people get called out. And not only that they get called out more then once in the same draw. I could have over 2000 points and more and not even chance to get called out.
Lost a member and gone else where for good food and entertainment.
Suspiciously rigged in my books.

A group booking for 10 local ladies today for lunch
Drinks nicely chilled AC working well meals enjoyable friendly service from all but one!
A staff member by the name of Kristi! OMG extremely solemn unfriendly and quite rude to us the customers! Maybe needs to be reminded that if you don’t have customers you don’t have a job! If Kristi is that unhappy leave I believe the doors are automatic!

First visit back since the new format/restaurant.

Reception staff were helpful and informative.

miserable grumpy and needs to learn how to smile…it’s really easy….

Everybody else (esp. the waiter) were awesome and happy!

The food was outstanding….best breakfast I’ve ever had anywhere!

Can’t wait to go back!

Great meal and was enjoying the atmosphere until I went up and ordered coffee and other drinks, they took time to come and one was wrong. I told the person delivering it that it was not what I had ordered. He took it back and then the supervisor came over told me it was what I ordered which was not correct. I was told I will fix it. The body language was not good. I thought in a case like this you would just fix it and not carry on like this.

The place has to be experienced to appreciate. Given the space it has been designed quite well and elegant.

Fratelli is very underrated and should be Better known around Cairns.

The security guard was kind enough to give me a contemporary shirt rather than deny service as I wasn't sufficiently dressed after a long day at the beach and reefs.

The only fault was the "live music" element blasting over any conversation.

Went here a couple months ago. I just wanted to say thanks to the outside security guard for assisting me to my car. It’s much appreciated when you have someone who’s protective towards their patrons. I believe his name was Christian. He’s always patrolling the car park and is a bit of a chatter box. I also want to say thanks to the guard with the braids in his hair, he was welcoming and the food, bar and pokies was great. I definitely will be coming back here more often.

Ordered 4 meals last night and not one was good. The calamari looked like nuggets, carbonara was thick cluggy and tasted awful. Fish and chips were disgusting and the steak was asked to be well done but some parts were rare. Mentioned to waitress the meals were not good and not one person come to see us. Will never be back
