Bug spray, yoga mats, sunscreen, umbrellas, games, puzzles, books, towels, weights, trip planning, chairs, beach wagons, picnic baskets, coolers, dedicated parking spot underground …. I’m sure there’s more that I am forgetting! The place is so charming, the location is phenomenal, right in the heart of everything, yet quiet with a view of the beach, which was a 1 minute walk away. The room were clean, cheerful and updated. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were great. The AC worked wonderfully! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Seriously want to stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this very well managed resort. Customer service and attention to detail is evident everywhere, this resort really thinks about the guest experience and it shows. You really feel looked after. The reception staff were excellent, always friendly, happy and helpful. they are a credit to the resort.|Our room was spacious and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay, we enjoyed our evening drinks on the balcony whilst preparing dinner.|The proximity to the beach and all the available beach chairs, umbrellas, carts etc. made it easy to walk to the beach and set up for a swim and relax.|Port Douglas is a lovely town, we enjoyed exploring it and the local area.

A lovely relaxing and quiet stay. It was just what I needed. The room was comfortable and the staff were lovely. I was impressed by all the items you could borrow to take to the beach. The location was perfect. I wish I had stayed for two nights instead of one!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Pool was lovely. Great location by 4 mile beach to catch the sunrise. Room was nice, stayed in the cosy room on ground floor. Lots of stuff to borrow for free at reception which was very handy. Definitely would stay again!

Lovely accomodation in excellent location, right next to 4 mile beach and short walk to swim net. Right on Macrossan St for strolling along the shops and cafes. Would be a walk from Cole’s though with shopping.|Super clean with modern linen and furnishings although the building is not new.|Loved all the loan items in reception used the pool noodles, beach chair, and plastic wine and sofa glass. Saw other guest towing kids along the street in the loan beach trollies.|The stick vacuums for loan throughout were great for keeping the apartment floor clean.|We had the canopy room great layout and space for a family but lots of stairs to carry luggage up, fine for us but may deter others. Outlook right now is a building site but we had been warned about that before arrival, and the builders were on holiday for the duration of our stay.|Car park was super tight we had a rav 4.|Would definitely stay here again.

And this place has got it. |I would stay here again over any other place in Port Douglas purely based on the value for money. Whether it’s couples or families this is an excellent choice.

Lovely hotel with a great location. Near the beach and all the shops and restaurants. Apartment was a nice size with all amenities provided. Lovely ladies at the reception desk who can assist with anything needed. Overall, a great day and would highly recommend.

I was very happy with everything about this place. The location is perfect- very short walk to the beach and nature trail on one side, and downtown in the other direction. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was gorgeous and immaculate and quiet. I was so happy with it that rather than dine out, I usually ate on my balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. The hotel has many recreational supplies available for free and there’s a washing machine and dryer available to guests ($3 each) which I used during my stay. I will definitely stay here when I return to Port Douglas again.
