The reviews of this place are pretty harsh. The staff were really nice, efficient, and delivered quality results.

I was really looking forward to my SNS nail experience at this salon, and while the staff were lovely, I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of the application. I got my SNS done just over a week ago on my natural long nails, and by the very next day, the top coat was already peeling off. To make matters worse, the SNS itself started chipping off shortly after - something that's never happened to me at another salon. Typically, I can expect my SNS to last at least 4 weeks, if not longer. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of my expectations.

Hi, thank you for responding. I’m certain I got my SNS nails done at your salon and I’m sure I haven’t damaged them. The chipping occurred on multiple nails within a short period.

This was the worst salon I have ever been to. I got a set of acrylics with a french tip design. Their price list said $60 for french tip extensions, but they charged me $105. My nails ended up looking nothing like the photo i asked for and the job they did was choppy and horrible. I don’t recommend anyone go here. It’s an absolute rip off and when I explained to them my situation the lady laughed at me, they did nothing to help and blamed it on me.

Rude staff and not a relaxing treat!
Did not honour our booking.
We turned up 5 mins before appointment time, waited 20 mins then another group turned up who they took straight through. They had double booked the slots, so kept us waiting 50 minutes at which point only one of the group had their nails done. The cuticles are so shoddy we will have to redo at home. They should have said if they were fully booked and not double booked us!
When I said we had another appointment to get to and couldn’t just wait around, she was so rude!! She shouted that that’s how nail salons work / even if you have appointment you just have to wait a few hours.
Not good quality. And certainly not relaxing!

Made us wait for over 30 mins past our appointment time although we had a booking for 12.30 but they had obviously double booked us on top of only having 3 staff. I asked for a specific pink colour and got more of an orange/red which was completely different to my chosen colour. One of us got left with nails being done so that the nail tech could go and attend to two other people. We left with only 1 out of 3 of us with nails done because we got fed up. Very disorganised and when confronted about double booking and ignoring our appointment time they were rude and dismissed how we were treated as paying customers by saying “that’s how nail salons work”. Very disappointed!! Don’t go here!

I had my nails done at the spa. Pedicure was good but not impressed with manicure. Nail paint came off within 3 to 4 days which is a shame.

I get my nails done a lot in Sydney but ran out of time before heading to Port Douglas for a week. On the first morning I headed to Nail Spa for a shellac mani pedi - fabulous. Best massage chair ever. Best foot massage ever. Best hand and arm massage ever. Great colour choice and excellent job on the nails.

Fitted us in on our holidays and my daughter was rapt with her SNS with french manicure. Was her first time. Great service, attention to detail and very happy with result.
