Bad experience. I went in to book a massage and was told there was an opening for a 30 minute massage. I paid the fee and went to the table. After about 5 minutes the therapist went out to speak with someone. She came back in and told me she had another customer and that I was finished. I got dressed to leave not knowing what to think. She handed me a fraction of what I paid as I went out the door.
I hope others have a better experience. It was very disappointing.

I went on to their website booking form and there was loads of availability so I pencilled myself in last minute at 11;45 on a weekday. The email I then received notified me that my booking is not confirmed but pending and that you should call to check. I’m staying just around the corner so decided to walk around. The place was dead, the doors to the parlour rooms were open so there were no other appointments it seemed. I showed the lady at the desk my booking and asked if it confirms and she just goes “no” and shakes her head. I ask if there’s any availability at all and she says no, that there is only person doing massages for the whole day. Bit odd I thought as there was loads of availability online, how early in the day it was and the lack of people. They clearly wanted no business so I left. I ended up getting a walk in appointment at another massage place up the road and it was the best I’ve had. Don’t bother coming here.

I’d not been for a massage in over a year a friend recommended rose massage I went today very easy find lots of parking clean and welcoming place staff very professional and friendly outstanding massage and very enjoyable thank you to lexi for making me feel welcome and relaxed and introducing Thai massage to me feeling fresh I can’t wait to revisit!

Good massage, requested amount of pressure. Masseuse was very friendly and cheerful. Dropped 1 star, needed music and a bit more ambience, but will go back if they can fit me in. Thankyou .

BEST MASSAGE I've ever had!
I rarely give 5* but if you need a massage this is the place to go! She will definitely get rid of all the knots in your back and I felt so relaxed!
I wish I could fly back for another massage!

No, don't even think about it. Whatever you imagine it may be like based upon their sensual advertising, you will be disappointed unless you like a pathetic massage with an unattractive very old looking asian ladies. Maybe I got a dud, but I reckon this place is about one of the worst i have encountered. Could have given myself a better rub. Don't fool yourself to think you will be lucky and ignore all the bad reviews here. You have been warned.

I arrived. Was put in the massage room. It was very hot in there. There was steam on the mirrors - I was boiling. The masseuse left me in there for around 10 minutes alone. I was naked and vulnerable. I heard her heating up what I assume was her lunch in the microwave and eating it? When the massage started, it was okay. Average at best. When a customer walked in she would stop mid massage and leave the room. Then the massage took a turn. She started scratching me (obviously accidentally) but my legs were getting scratched. 30 minutes later (I booked for 60 minutes)
When I left, she charged me $88. On the website it was $85 for 60 minutes so I don’t understand where this price came from? My massage was at 1:30 pm, after waiting the 10 mins alone in the room, getting scratched and dying of heat exhaustion I was out of there by 2.10pm
Home and traumatised by 2:30pm (when my massage was supposed to finish)

Wish I wasn’t scared of confrontation and n person and didn’t pay for it 🙁 wouldn’t recommend.
