Have just stayed here with our two fur babies and and were very impressed with our stay. The room was comfortable and very clean. We were also happily surprised how welcoming they were to our fur babies. Doggy treat each, bowls and blankets. Will definitely be back again. Thank you Vicky for being so welcoming 😊🐾

Booked for 3 nights as daughter had a completion in Arundel. Hoping for a 4th but they were booked out.||We arrived too early for check in but they had the room ready to go, which was perfect! It was a 2 bedroom apartment (king bed I think in one room and 2 singles in the other) and really spacious for the 3 of us. Kitchen was fully catered for, large bathroom with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The positive was the washing machine IN THE ROOM! After travelling for 3 weeks prior to arrival seeing the washing machine sitting there was a glorious sight. Towels and sheets were good. ||Bed, shower, couches etc were very comfy and clean. Air con and ceiling fans were great. Your own garage was an unexpected bonus. Too small to fit the car and close the door, but it was great to leave the rental car knowing no dings and bumps would occur. Little tight to get in, but nothing to hard to handle. You are right on the main road so you will hear traffic noise but it wasn’t enough to keep me up all night||Pool looked inviting but we never made it there. Everyone seemed really friendly. Although it allows pets, we could not smell or see evidence that any animals had been in our room in the past.||Is it a 5 star resort? Nope, but I wanted a budget friendly place to sleep and eat and it was exactly what I needed and a little better than I expected! I’d stay again.||Thanks for a great stay and finding the AirPods!

Very clean, comfortable beds and pillows, good location, helpful staff. Everything we needed in the small kitchenet. Close to the beach and takeaway food venues and retreatants. Value for money, as we had a family room with 1 double and 1 single bed

Can I just say wow. If you want a family friendly motel at a good price during school holidays look no further than these guys. Hospitality was amazing and the manager even took us personally to our room and showed us how everything works. Close to beach and Labrador shops and takeaway.

We were looking everywhere in the Gold Coast for Accomodation we could book with my daughters 1 year old puppy.
My daughter ended up booking a room at El Jardran very late, but luckily, over the Christmas break we got a call back about a cancellation.
On arrival, she had a dog bed/blankets set up ,water & food bowl & even a few dog treats..
The room was clean with everything you need in it.
Great location & lovely staff.
The room she booked even had a garage with an internal door into the room. It was a tight fit but easy to get luggage out & safe for coming home late at night.
The owner was very friendly to my daughter & helpful.

We stayed here 5 nights, an absolutely wonderful pet friendly Motel & Units. Our Motel was roomy, clean, security sreened, tea and coffee making facilities. Being pet friendly we were able to have our Pug inside, they provide a doggy pack consisting of covers for the furniture, so your dog can relax and enjoy themselves, 2 dog bowls, a treat & a bed.
An enjoyable stay with very friendly hosts. Thank you Justin, Vicki and the team. 😄

Vicky is amazing, best stay I've ever had in a hotel. Was there with my dog, very easy to get in. Super helpful, very kind, if you have a dog and need a place to stay on GC, you'd be silly not to stay here. Room was clean, tidy, and even had a treat for my pup which she loved.
