We had a great experience at this café. The Light Salmon Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, while the Beef Burger was juicy and flavorful. The Club Sandwich and Fish and Chips were both hearty and well-prepared. The Calamari Salad was light and refreshing, and the Omelette was fluffy and filling. The Pancakes were perfectly sweet, and the Mango Smoothie was a refreshing treat. The Coffees were rich and consistent. Overall, a delightful spot for a tasty meal!

Although listed in Entertainment Book as offering 25% discount, manager insisted that they are NOT part of Entertainment Book deal. She kindly allowed the discount but it's a clear case of communication breakdown affecting customer experience. Food and drinks were delicious, service was promot despite lunchtime crowd.

Used to frequently dine here and the food was always amazing but first time visiting for a meal in 1 year and the quality of food has gone down hill which is disappointing as it was always a great spot to eat. As pictured this is the scrambled eggs. Paid $23 for scrambled eggs on toast + an extra fried egg & hollandaise sauce. Very over priced for the poor quality of food. The only good thing about this place is the coffee and service

I gave Stellarossa 5 stars. The food was generous, tasty and well presented. The Dirty Chai Latte was nice as well - good coffee. The place is clean and well presented. The Staff , in my opinion, were friendly and helpful.

I didn’t get to enjoy my coffee yesterday; instead, I was left feeling insulted and humiliated.

The manager at the shop took my order, and from the start, she avoided eye contact with me. As I placed my order, she made gestures that felt dismissive, such as pointing at takeaway cups to confirm the size of my coffee, aggressively crumpling someone's receipt, and throwing it in the bin when I asked a receipt. I tried to stay understanding, assuming she might be having a bad day.
When I asked for the table number, she responded, “You ordered takeaway coffee,” because I had asked for a medium. I wasn’t sure if she had actually asked me whether I wanted the coffee to stay or take away. Regardless, it’s fine to order a takeaway, but her attitude was completely unacceptable.

A few minutes later, when I went back inside the shop to check if my coffee was ready, and while waiting, I saw the manager leave the kitchen. I asked her if I had misunderstood her earlier—whether she had asked me if I wanted the coffee in a mug or cup before asking for the size. She replied, “You said medium, that’s takeaway.” She seemed certain, and it became clear there’s no size for a mug or cup. Medium means take away() in the coffee shop. Still, she could have explained better. I’ve never had this problem at other coffee shops before, so I didn’t know what to expect. When I asked, "Did you ask me whether I wanted the coffee in a mug or cup?" she insisted, "I asked." I told her, “No, you didn’t ask.” At that point, she turned her head and refused to engage, with a frown on her face, as if she couldn’t hear me properly. When I raised my voice to clarify, she walked away and brought a security guard over. In front of the security guard, she told me, “I don’t want customers like you,” and refunded me $5.70 in cash. The security guard then said, “You got your money, and she didn’t want to serve you.”
I couldn’t understand why I was treated this way. I felt utterly humiliated in the shop. I took my money, bit my tongue to keep from crying, and walked out. I couldn’t help but wonder—would she have treated me the same if I were a Westerner?

Lovely little place for coffee. Dog-friendly too! Staff very helpful, upbeat, smiling.
Good coffee even if a tad on the weaker side (I prefer a really robust coffee).
Well worth a stop if you're in the area.
I did not eat so not able to rate the food.
Parking at rear of building is a bonus.

I always order a breakfast wrap, it's always good, sometimes it's smaller than it should be, but usually good.

I have had ordered some other menu items before such as the pear salad, it's delicious but very small serving for the price. And the Parmi, which is also nice but again, small serving for the price.

But I must say the drinks can be a hit or miss. I've had some very nice coffees from this store, but I've also had some bad ones. The drink prices are ridiculous especially for an iced latte or juice.

Today, I went with a friend to grab coffee at Stella Rossa Forest Lake. I had a trolley with me, so we chose to sit outside. She went in to order, but the woman at the counter, who turned out to be the manager, was quite unfriendly. When my friend ordered a medium coffee she was told to wait until her name is called.So my friend got confused and asked her again “is it a take away.”Then the lady said you ordered medium so that’s a take away.My friend was really upset and returned to sit outside.

When it was my turn to order, I experienced the same issue. The manager was distracted, speaking with other staff while taking my order.When I asked for a medium coffee, she responded in the same way. I went back to my friend, who told me about her experience.We couldn’t understand why we were treated so poorly.

Feeling frustrated, my friend went back inside for her coffee and tried to talk to her, she ignored her and didn’t wanna talk to her, so my friend spoke in a bit more louder voices and asked for her manager.The woman claimed she was the manager, refused to listen to my friend, and not only denied her coffee but also refunded her money saying that “She doesn’t want customers like my friend”. To make matters worse, she called security on my friend. Then the security said “You got your money and she doesn’t want to serve you”It was heart breaking to see my friend leave the shop in tears, and I chose not to get my coffee either even after paying. We had simply wanted to enjoy a cup, and we’re still left wondering what prompted such unkindness. We felt we were discriminated and the whole day was ruined.
