Me and my wife had full body massage today 7/1/2025. at this shop at Sunnybank Hills upper floor.No staff could understand simple basic English it was extremely difficult to communicate
Every time during massage hour staff has to use Google translator .
It’s not worth it.

I have back and shoulder massage with them regularly due to lower back issue. Routinely the staff do massage from shoulders all the way to the knee level. They do also cover glutei and sciatica areas. As their old costumer, I just want to defend for them on this point. One of the reviews seems unfair to the staff.

Was waiting at the front counter and ringing the bell for 5 minutes before one of the 3 working masseurs left their client to serve me, said yes they can do the massage I asked for, yes now no wait. Was then sat waiting for 20 minutes before the COLD foot bath was even brought out. Then had a cold foot bath for another 20 minutes when it should be 10, still no masseuse assigned to me. During this time the employees were yelling over the partition walls at each other obviously trying to work out who could serve me. TIP: if you don’t have any masseurs free at the time, TELL THE PERSON WHO WILL BE WAITING.
