We had an incredible stay at the Paradise Links Resort in Port Douglas. The location was perfect, conveniently close to the beach and easily accessible via local transport links, making it a breeze to explore the area. The modern, relaxing pools were exceptionally clean and kid-friendly; the resort exceeded our expectations with unbeatable comfort and value. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back! (5/5)||The resort maintained impeccable standards, with beautifully well-kept gardens. Special mention to the welcoming staff, from the initial check-in at the front office to the housekeeping team (who ensured our room was spotless and well-maintained), and even the friendly gardeners. Their attention to detail and sociable demeanor made a real difference. The staff's dedication and professionalism made my visit comfortable and memorable. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Port Douglas; it truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you for everything.

I stayed here with my partner a while back and found it to be a nice place to stay. We enjoyed using their tennis court and pool as well as the wild life slithering through the resort (nearly stepped on a snake!). I didn't get a chance to use the golf course sadly but it looked like a nice course. The only down side is that it is a bit of distance from the town centre

Great value for money. Room was big and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The resort also has nice amenities like 2 pools, tennis court, bbq areas.
Staff were really nice! They let us store our bags after our checkout so we could enjoy a bit more until it was time to take the shuttle back. Would definitely recommend.

I must say Rodney, Theresa and their team are incredible, the dedication, the vision and the effort to bring the property to life is amazing! The grounds are beautiful, emphasis on safety for their guests whilst admiring the grounds is so evident...beautiful paths, a perfect place to start your journey. The 2 pools beckon you to take a dip, lovely, relaxing slip into tropics nature with blue Ulysses butterflies 🦋 drifting past. The rooms are immaculate, so beautifully maintained and EVERYTHING you need, comfortable bedding and climate control in your living space, just ideal. Intimate buses with plenty of room for families every 10 minutes from the reception to any place in Port Douglas, extremely economical. Sorry for the long review but you need to know, the love put into the accommodation, we have been coming here for 15 years, can't wait for the next 15 years!!! Well done TEAM 🥰🥰

The receptionist was kind and the room and the pool was nice!
But in the early morning (I don’t remember the time but few ours before the check out time )the housekeepers put music really loud and they talk really really loud to each other which was a shame. I wanted to sleep a bit more at least on my holiday. it was a stressful morning. Aside that it was good

The room are moldy, blinds, bathrooms, it smells dump.

Spring mattress, not very comfy. Tiny TV with no smart access.

The bar fridge was missing bit and pieces so no bottle holder.

We couldn't handle the smell and the mold anymore after 2 nights.
It was on the entry door, behind the bed, under the carpet by the fridge, all over the bathroom.
We so left a day early.

We haven't been offered a refund because of it.

The pool is great, too much green ant around it tho.

Look for a budget place it is just ok, nothing crazy about it. I wouldn't go back because of the mold ( could be dangerous especially the black mold in the bathroom )

But maybe other people will get luckier, or this review will help management to do better.

Great facilities with a spacious room. The pool was excellent - all three of them and the room had all the appliances that you required. Staff were helpful and friendly and e-scooters available if required which was helpful. Plenty of room for parking your car.

We have stayed here before and it was shock arriving for Australia Day weekend as to how run down it is. We had a 2 bedroom villa and upon opening the door were blown away with a strong musty mouldy smell. The grass was knee length so the kids could not use the grass to play, the fridge did not work and the louvres, couch did not work. Friends were also staying a 2 bed villa and there experience was even worse. When raising our concerns on the first day the receptionist dismissed our concerns.

The grounds are incredibly over grown and the pool has no cover so it was like soup. Over all disappointing and the lack of concern for guest experience was just appauling.
