Avoid this place at all costs! This place is a complete disaster. Rooms are disgustingly humid, water drips from the ceiling directly onto the bed, and big and small cockroaches (both dead and alive) are everywhere. On top of that, I got electric shocks while plugging in my devices. The staff? Useless and completely irresponsible, refusing to offer any solution or refund despite the horrendous conditions. Even a prison would provide better living conditions. This ‘hotel’ is a disgrace, and Booking should be ashamed to list it. Don’t waste your money here!

Had a nice comfortable sleep, especially with decent AC in the humid weather. The toilets and showers are shared, but its clean and were lucky, our room is next to it. The receptionist was really nice and it's not far from the city centre- easily accessible by 10min bus or 6min drive. Great value overall!

Felt very unsafe. Police were onsite investigating something on our first night. On our second night someone was slumped against the wall outside our room. There was a sign on the inside of our door suggesting to use the door latch so there must be ongoing security issues here. Were very relieved to check out the following morning without incident. There's emergency lodging over the road and I suspect this "resort" is accommodating some of the overflow. Can't recommend this place although the reception staff were lovely.

We also arrived late and accessing the keys was super easy! Room was also very easy to find!

Some of the other reviews are so harsh! This place exceeded my expectations and was such a wonderful - Beds were SUPER comfortable! 🛌

Even for a short stay, DON'T. Bugs and small cockroaches are everywhere. We only stayed here 1 night for a short overlay before the flight but definitely not worth it. The bugs made us very uncomfortable and couldn't sleep at all. You get what you get for the price after all.

The room seemed relatively clean and had refrigerator, microwave, TV, and AC. My sheets had stains on them, and the shower I used down the hall from the room had the water pressure of a dripping faucet. The wifi did not reach our room on the top floor. The booking confirmation said we could check in until midnight, but we arrived at 7:30 to a closed office. The only way to get access to our room was to call an after-hours line, but we had no access to a phone since we are international travelers.

This was probably one of my first budget friendly places I've stayed at and while the room was alright, I absolutely hated the bathroom! The toilet is right in front of the shower? Like there is no distance, they're right next to each other and it's so awkward. Really hate the bathroom. Plus there's no mat so my mum who's a little older nearly slipped and fell.

I won't come back but it wasn't horrible ,just the bathroom.. was atrocious

Definitely need to update there online information, spas ropped off, the room has smart tvs with local free wifi, however upon trying to connect am told the tvs arnt smart tvs ok so y is there an option to connect them! ? Other then that wasn’t to bad a stay , they seem to cater all budgets
