Had a lip liner and blend tattoo by Daryl the owner. From when I first walked in I was made to feel very welcome and the waiting room was very cosy. Daryl took the time to explain what was going to happen and the colour she thought would be suitable for me. Will definitely be returning for other procedures in the future. *

The experienced therapist, Rhyl, is so caring and I thoroughly enjoyed being pampered for 1.5 hours. The hot rock massage was amazing and I left feeling so relaxed. The massage techniques were wonderful. I also had a Rose Quartz Facial, my skin is very happy. I highly recommend Body Bliss Redcliffe. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been attending Body Bliss Medi Spa & Skin Clinic for 2 years. From the moment you walk in the door, you will notice the relaxing environment. Rhyl and Rachel are both amazing. Their knowledge, skills and technique are second to none. The DMK products are amazing. I would highly recommend Body Bliss for your waxing and spa treatments.

My daughter had a lash lift and tint at Body Bliss. Whilst the ladies were lovely and friendly, her lash lift didn’t take and we were told it was because of the tint and her lashes would “curl up” over the next few days. They didn’t. My daughter was very disappointed as we had the lashes done for an event. I didn’t call back to tell them as I know you can’t do another lash lift over the top or you risk lash breakage.
We received a phone call 3 weeks later from the lady who did the lift asking for feedback on if the lift turned out ok. My daughter told her that it didn’t and the lady replied that she thinks it was because she used a roller size too large. She then thanked my daughter for the feedback and ended the phone call. Having a background in the hair and beauty industry (and knowing that services don’t always turn out as you expect but it’s the way you handle negative feedback issues that helps client retention) I was actually pretty surprised that she didn’t ask my daughter to come back in, or offer her a discount on a future lash lift or service.
I wasn’t going to write a review but I was pretty annoyed at the way the technician admitted it was her error and was so blasé about it but still didn’t offer any resolution. $80 isn’t a fortune but it’s a big chunk of money for a 14 year old who saved up for up for a treat for herself.

Edit: Thank you so much for replying to the review AND your phone call. My daughter was thrilled to hear you’d be happy to redo her lash lift. We look forward to visiting soon.
