Very good Thai restaurant in the small town of Woodford. We had a few curries and the standout was the red duck curry with lychee - absolutely sublime. The crispy pork stir fry also was absolutely perfect. Steamed rice, coconut rice and fried rice were all decent servings. I didn’t pay so not sure on costs but the food was very impressive. The sole waitress (who wasn’t Thai) was the only letdown, but I guess it’s hard to get good help.

Fri dinner and was plenty of space, maybe 50% full. Regular takeaways happening so well frequented. We ordered satay chicken skewers, cashew nut chicken with syeamed rice and kua gai noodle. Everything was good and my wife loved the noodle dish. Staff were friendly. Service was quick. Decor was interesting. Plenty of parking out front.

Had the most beautiful meals here recently. It was very well priced. The best Thai food I have ever had &The staff were really lovely.
We had time, so it didn’t bother us that the food took an hour and a half to come out. If you sit outdoors, you will smell customers smoking not too far from the outdoor seating area. Maybe it would be nice for the restaurant to be a non smoking area so it can be enjoyed by everyone (children too).

We enjoyed delicious Thai food for take away on Friday night. Highly recommend satay chicken, Panang Beef Curry, Prawn Hokkien Noodles and coconut rice. These made a large and yummy meal for 4. The service was excellent! We did have wait 25 minutes because it was so busy. Reasonably priced.

Oh my goodness. My family had an amazing dinner. Personally, I've never really enjoyed Thai cuisine, but I am converted. We will definitely be enjoying more meals from The Sauté Thai.

The food is excellent but the service is terrible. Our meal took over 1 hour to arrive. It seemed they put more emphasis on filling takeaway orders to the detriment of customers sitting and ordering at tables. Only one staff member was legally allowed to serve alcohol so we had to wait longer to be served drinks as the other staff members could not help. Only 3 teenage girls serving. The need for a mature service oriented person is very much required.

Overall, a pleasant dining experience. Had the Thai Beef Salad, Tomyum Seafood and Chicken Cashew Nuts. Very flavourful and delicious. The restaurant was nicely decorated and clean. The waitress was pleasant and attentive. Two thumbs up👍👍
