Wow, I’ve slowly been turning into a statue and have been to the physio and chiro over the last week who suggested a deep tissue massage so I booked in with whoever was available in Emerald and Ari gave me the best deep tissue for my back, and shoulders. She moved my body and stretched my limbs out, rotating my shoulders and hips and getting into my traps and areas where I’m so stiff and full of knots. I feel so much lighter.
