Not what I asked for when I asked to take them off they left me with damaged nails and cuts on my fingers . Never coming here again. Very upset after looking at the good reviews. As a 14 year old I was first not gonna speak up but as I finally got a good look at the nails,I almost started crying. When taking the nails off they rolled their eyes at me and insisted I payed an extra 50$ to take off and put back on. No lol I'm not going that again after having my finger bent in ways it's not supposed to bend. Really upset as I get my nails done as a form of self care

I had an excellent experience at this nail salon. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They were knowledgeable, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure all my needs were met. The atmosphere was warm, and it’s clear they truly care about providing great service. Very professional! Got mani and pedi! Took my partner and he got a pedi! I got a refill and love the shape and colour! Very clean and fast! Nails feel stronger and better! Love the simple pink metallic colour! Partner enjoyed the massage chair and he wears work boots so he got a leg massage and hot stones!

They're nice and the place is well maintained. However depending on who you get really says how your experience is. I came in May with my mother, her experience was good however mine were noticeably wonky. Just been again with my sister, and hers are considerably wonky and due to the nail tech using too large acrylics for my nail, they became glued to the sides of my nail and finger, which then hurt when they filled them. Plus a few/uneven wonky nails again.

Not to mention one lady was notably unwell, blew her nose during seeing clients but did not wash her hands after using a tissue. Ick.

Overall I won't be back after 2 consecutive less than experiences.

I was disappointed to find when I went back a few days later they did not want to fix my nails. I explained my nail shape was done poorly on some and my gel application on some of the nails was applied poorly as I could see/ feel lumps. I was asked what I wanted them to do ?!! I explained I wanted them fixed. She then stated I could have done that to my nails from the type of work I do. She then had a lady quickly file around my nails and send me on my way. These photos are of my nails after being “fixed”. Safe to say I will not be returning.
