Had an amazing pedicure at this nail salon today! The staff were super professional and attentive, taking care of every little detail. ABOVE & BEYOND Customer Service and Professionalism!! I booked a last minute appointment this afternoon for a full set and spa pedicure. Was greeted with a friendly smile, ambient spa background and a clean work station! Anh was the stylist that did an AMAZING job with a manicure and a gel polish!! After my manicure, I was asked to head over to the spa pedicure station where the foot spa was pre cleaned, hot steamy water was waiting for me with the spa jets active and running. I was greeted yet again with another friendly face, my spa specialist was a male whom was very kind, precise and had my feet looking brand NEW! “Like a MILLION bucks” Thank you all so much for your AMAZING service, I can’t wait to return back to J Nail Studio Silkstone Village 💕✨

I’ve had acrylic nails for over 10 years and the last set I had done here..
With in 4 days of getting them done 7 of my acrylic nails had chipped, lifted and peeled off my and completely damaged my nails.
I’m not sure what they’re using but I’ve never experienced this before.
My actual nails were so badly damaged from the procedure that I had to get all of the acrylic taken off and I can’t get them redone until my whole nail is regrown.
Very upsetting experience.

Have been a couple times and have been ok but today’s was so rushed and terrible!! Only needed gel removal on hands and then a pedicure but could tell she was rushing! I would’ve rather come back another day if they didn’t have time!
Won’t be back now.

It’s unfortunate you even need to give a star, because frankly the service and experience didn’t even deserve that - worst nail salon I have ever been to. Literally what you would see on a Reality TV Show for name and shame. The service was terrible, they sat me down and I waited over half an hour before someone come to me (no communication) and it wasn’t busy. There was workers that were happy to sit around and play on their phones. The lady then starts the pedicure and stopped because there was 2 dead flies in the soap, flicked them out and then continued. It was astounding! The workers on their phones went to a back room and started eating lunch and talking very loud, there was two other people sitting there waiting to leave, confused to why they were just left. One lady then spoke up and the worker doing my pedicure yelled out I’m assuming telling them to finish their customers, they said something back and closed the door to the back ignoring there was still paying customers. There were people complaining and talking about their experience and about the service and being overcharged and being left just to sit for periods of time. I noticed they overcharged me and then they did the same to my friend - my friend decided to text and address this with them and they started sending CCTV of random people, I’m assuming trying to work out who we were. This obviously being a massive breach of privacy and confidentiality. I had another friend who had a similar encounter. Would never, ever go back or recommend. -10/1!
