Ben is the best! I travel over 30mins for my nail appointment just to see him. I always get comments on my nails where ever I go! His salon is clean and he takes care in your nails and getting to know you!

The quality of my nails was good no issue there but when it came time to pay I was charged $500 not $50 via eftpos. It was an honest mistake but there was confusion over how the money was to be refunded due to language barrier etc. They asked me for my mobile number which I gave, then informed me that it had been refunded via pay id however it didn’t show up in my account. It then took me 3 weeks to find out where the money had gone. There was no attempt to refund me the original $50 cost of the visit, they were regretful but never actually offered any apology for all the inconvenience and stress that was caused by the whole episode. To my mind, if you incorrectly charge a customer then you make it right.
