Had the most amazing pregnancy massage yesterday with Lisa! She is incredibly professional, considerate and clearly an expert in her field. She took the time to ask questions about any contraindications, skin concerns, pressure etc. and made sure I was comfortable the whole time, checking in to make sure the pressure was okay. Her technique and care demonstrated that I wasn’t “just a number”. The clinic is very welcoming and exceptionally clean! She also made sure the room was relaxing and dark, and assured me that the oil she was using was natural, pregnancy safe & contained no essential oils. The massage finished with a complimentary water and special offer to return. Thank you so much Lisa - I will definitely be back! x

Amazing family-owned Health and Fitness Centre! Lisa and Sidy are highly knowledgeable professionals that truly care about your well-being and adaptable to your fitness journey. I've experienced both the EMS/EM and facial massage. I recommend immensely to give the free EMS session a try!

EMS and EM:
My reasons for pushing Novafit's doors were my on-going difficulties to gain on weight. Thanks to Lisa and Sidy's custom fitness and nutrition advice as well as their world-class equipment, I've managed to gain close to 1kg of muscle mass in less than 3 weeks. The results are really visible 💪 Thank you!🙏

Skincare and massage:
I indulged in a face skincare and face/head massage. I'm usually not such a fun of massages but this was the best I've ever had! Lisa is a highly-trained and experienced professional which can be noticed even before the massage begins as she is making it a one of a kind experience.

Absolutely lovely experience at this studio! Booked in for a massage and it was amazing. Not only was the massage itself really good and customisable to your liking, the lady was also lovely! The clinic is clean and there is a good range of services from holistic services, to massages, to beauty to EMS. The opening hours are also so good for those with 9-5 jobs who may need later/earlier appointments. Highly recommend!
