I craved for something sweet after dinner and most of boba place are closed but this place. A total lifesaver! Their milk tea was okay, not too sweet. Boba was chewy, not bad. My partner grabbed a mango smoothie that could have been better had they put more mango, it was too watery for our personal preference.

Unfortunately not what it used to be… tastleless.. I’d rather spend $9 on one at chatime.. they used to be really good here, seems they’ve been taken over by someone else but unfortunately the bubble tea is not nice at all, no ice in it either which isn’t great for north qld and bubble tea should always have ice to be icy cold! Sadly we wouldn’t be back which sucks because we used to love it.

Best bubble tea in town and home of the 3L bubble tea bucket! Very friendly staff and great service.

I'm a big supporter of small businesses like this have been coming here for over 4 years now. The team at the Bubble Shack are friendly and always give great service. Access to this place is easy for those in wheelchairs as there is an extra wide door and no steps going into the establishment.

Been coming here for years and will keep coming back. The staff and owner are sweet, almost as sweet as their drinks and desserts! Their frappes are the best, with the melting icecream on top preventing the watered down taste, their bubble tea is delicious and always hits the spot. My husky loves the bubbles as well!

It was hot and they served cold treats. Perfect 👌 One of the places I love to go when I'm visiting Townsville. Flavoured shaved ice cannot be beat!!
