Needed a cake on Boxing Day and saw the owner of the store out shopping. I asked if his cake shop was open and sadly it was closed however he asked what I was looking for. Once I explained the rainbow cake with rainbow sprinkles, he said he could go and get it ready for me. He left his shopping to have it ready 10 mins later. Amazing service and delicious cake!! Delighted and grateful. Thank you 🤩

Lovely staff to help you with your order. Made my birthday cake to exact request and pay a reasonable price. Bought a few other things in the past and it always brings me back here. I live in yeppoon and travel to rocky to get what I want. Can’t fault them for service or quality. Cheers big ears

Did not order a cake in advance, bought one after work and could hear it being put in the microwave to be thawed out. Ate it over five hours later and the mousse was still frozen. For the price would not expect a frozen cake and would expect to be told it had been thawed out. Would not recommend

I asked for a custom-made cake from here for a 21st. A specific cake, it wasn’t anything over the top either. I sent the woman the picture via airdrop and was disappointed to find a cake that looked nothing like what I had ordered.

It was a small cake; they made no effort in trying to be as close as possible to the picture; they failed to add some of the biggest details. The cake was smaller than the one in the picture, and after all that, I had to pay $140 for it.

The customer service was alright. But I wish they had at least informed me that they weren’t able to get some aspects of the cake I wanted right.

If I had known I was going to be this disappointed, I would have ordered a different cake. Tip for new customers: If you want a specific cake, don’t get your hopes up.

Ordered the same sort of cake twice, and both cakes came out tasteless with zero flavour. The icing is frozen, and the sponge is too dry, and the cream tastes off. Never buying there again. Probally woolies cakes are much better and cheaper than these.
