I just wanted to thank all the staff at the professionail nail salon for their continued professionalism, dedication, and amazing service.

I’ve been coming to the salon for over 4 years now and each time the staff have delivered a service I can’t praise them enough for.

I’m in the healthcare sector and I am very heavy on the nails and the products they use so I need the best quality of products, which only professional nails provide.

I have been to so many other businesses and found the nails and products used can’t withstand the pressure of my job or the products we use on our hands for sanitisation.

The staff are always so welcoming and although at times they are so busy tending to other clients they always make time for me.

Their loyalty program is remarkable with the 5 visit stamps leading to 20% off your service for the 6th visit.

I visit the salon fortnightly religiously for infills, full sets, and spa pedicure both with gel. I’ve never been unsatisfied with the products or with the service the salon staff have provided.

I’ve shared my experience with close friends and family always encouraging them to visit the girls at professionail. My daughter now attends the salon with me fortnightly and she loves her nails and the girls too!

It’s important to recognise the hard work and dedication of the staff in the salon. I appreciate everything they do when I’m in the salon.

I went in earlier today to get a Gel polish nail painting done. The lady who provided the unprofessional service to me actually started pulling on one of my hangnails in her pathetic attempt to remove it not once but TWICE. And by the second failed attempt I told her I was in pain because it didn’t even come out but just got stretched out deeper into my skin! Only when I said that really hurts did she use the clippers to trim it back and mumble something to herself. I only noticed that it was slightly bleeding by the time my whole procedure was done and I just went over to their sink to wash my hands. When I went over to the Cashier to pay I told her that it’s still hurting me and that she had made me bleed she should be offering me a discount (she obviously knew what she had done) but she acted like I didn’t know what I was saying! And called another lady over to help her. I started explaining that I was in pain and that it had slightly bled but since I washed and moisturised my hands (you couldn’t see any blood now, but there was a slight redness) They both started fussing with me, when I finally got fed up I directly questioned the lady who did my nails, do you not remember me telling you that I was in pain when you pulled on it? The other lady was like let me see your hand oh, but I can’t see anything! Should be blood should be red but I can’t see anything! I said you actually need to learn to listen. Then only did she give me a $10 discount. It should BASIC KNOWLEDGE that you do not pull on hangnails! Gosh, these Nail Salons are just getting worse, and they get away with the most ridiculous attitudes, and disrespectful unprofessional behaviour towards customers. Really pathetic and disgusting customer service. They halfheartedly rush through the procedures are rude and insolent talk and laugh about the customers but expect FULL PAYMENT for unsatisfactory services!

Well, isn’t it obvious, that you would remember the events differently? Because both the staff members who I interacted with on that day practically denied any wrongdoing when I was explaining the situation. So I already knew that this would be the response I would receive. Sad really, that the lady who did my nails wasn’t honest enough to admit that I told her that I was in pain when she was yanking the hangnail instead of being professional and cutting it off. Pulling on hangnails rather than cutting them off just makes it so much worse. It should be the most basic thing for a nail technician to know and do. This is why I never get manicures done. But I can’t believe a simple Gel nail painting service ended up being so poorly and painfully done.

Yes, I was happy with my choice of colour and how my nails looked in the end. However, what I wasn’t happy about was the actual pain that I had started to experience after the botched attempt to pull out my hangnail, caused me. That, plus the dismissive and insensitive attitudes from the 2 ladies who were trying to make out that nothing happened was what was disappointing. Now you’re doing the same thing so it’s just to be expected.

Went in yesterday for a pedicure and builder gel manicure. The pedicure was good but someone else did my mani and 5 of my fingers/nail beds were cut/filed and cut and are now all infected.
They also don’t know how to apply builder gel properly. I have been getting it done at other salons every month for a LONG time and this time it burned SOOO much as they weren’t applying it right - to the point it was unbearable every time I put it in the lamp and had to keep removing it. She tried to tell me it was my nails that were the issue.
Worst nails I’ve ever had done. And I still paid $130 for the 2!

I called the salon as requested and asked for the manager. Was handed the phone to a lady who said they have a no refund policy and took my details and said she would call me back - never called me back as I expected.

Don’t ever go to this salon !

well your technician is lying. She made 5 of my fingers bleed which have since turned in to infection. Why would I go and get my nails done if all of my fingers were already infected.
This was caused by your technician.
And don’t advise you will call me back if you have no intention.

We love this place! My girl always leaving with a big smile on her face! The guys here look after us with the greatest of care and professionalism. We travel from down the coast just to come here because we have struggle to find a place that can achieve what my girl is after and they stay on for 3+ weeks. Great prices, friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. Thank you! 💖

I've got my full set done twice here and I walk out happy every single time. They try to accommodate everyone as best as they can with short staff or a booking system for busy periods. Reasonable price.

I have been going to this salon every two weeks for 2 months. I was planning on being a loyal customer for a lot longer but yesterday has changed my mind.

I usually get a refill of my acrylics because I had extensions. I had to get them taken off which I did before my visit to save some time.

I initially asked for gel color thinking that would be thick enough for my thin nails. After years of being a nail biter, I found that acrylic is the best way to stop me from biting. However because I had to get my tips taken off, I had to find an alternative. I asked her if I could have just the acrylic gel on the natural nail because of my thin nails, and she said “no, you asked for gel”. Yes I did initially but I was willing to pay for the acrylic gel. However she didn’t offer me a price, she didn’t offer me an alternative. She simply refused my money.

I am now in distress with the state of my nails less than 24 hours after the service because the gel is chipping on many of my nails. Then in the shower this morning, the gel on my right thumb and middle right peeled right off without me picking or biting at it!

I had enough time with acrylics on to control the biting habit enough that I haven’t bitten them so far. However, I am still extremely disappointed that I could not request the service I was willing to pay for! As well as the dismissive refusal and lack of customer service involved in that process.

Very happy with my experience today, arrived as a walk in service and was in promptly to get nails done. Showed a photo and the friendly staff did a great job, very similar to what I asked for. Good prices, friendly staff, great work.
