Had acrylic infills done Tuesday. It was rushed and the lady (owner) cut my finger with one of the electric drills. After leaving I realised that the sides and ends of the nails were not painted properly and two days later the end of one of the nails broke off…. I have had acrylic nails for some (at an alternative salon) months and not once has one broken, or the paint become chipped. Very bad service. There were only 3 staff working but they continued to accept walk ins requiring them to rush and do half hearted jobs. Would not recommend.

I’ve been getting my nails done on and off for years. Never been here before but will definitely be back. Most places want you in and out as quick as possible. Not here though. They took so much care doing my nails and making sure my real nails were taken care of as well. I was so relaxed in the appointment I could have fallen asleep. I came in with a reference photo and they nailed it. Best service I have ever received. Pricing was amazing too.

All of the staff/nail technicians at Gold Class Nails at Springwood are professional in their service and interactions with customers. All staff acknowledge all customers requests and complete a customers nails as requested. They are always well dressed in their uniforms and present themselves in a professional but friendly manner. I will not go anywhere else as other businesses do not even come close in their service.

“Absolutely Amazing Service!”

I had such a fantastic experience at Gold Class Nails in Springwood. Despite arriving late, the girls were incredibly accommodating and managed to fit me in without any hesitation. They even stayed back after hours just to ensure my nails were perfect. The level of care and attention to detail was top-notch, and my nails look absolutely gold class! Nothing was too much trouble for them, even though it meant staying late and delaying their own plans. Their dedication to customer service truly went above and beyond. I just moved to the area and thought I would try this place out and boy was it a great idea! The salon is gorgeous! It’s new, it’s clean and well maintained. The girls were very lovely and they even offer you a complimentary drink! They really do go above and beyond to give you a good experience. My nails also turned out perfectly and they didn’t rush to do them the best they could. I would highly recommend coming to Gold Class Nails.
